Argos Tamworth Jolly Sailor Retail Park

I had an issue with a piece of furniture I had purchased so I went into Argos in Sainburys at the Jolly Sailor in Tamworth. I was dealt with by a lady who I think was the manager (I didn’t catch her name), the only sufficient way to describe her was a problem solver - a rare find in my experience! She was extremely helpful in dealing with my issue. My partner and I have had a stressful time moving house, this problem with our order adding to our stress, but things are made 100x easier when staff are as helpful as this lady was when issues occur and seamlessly sorted out our issue. A credit to the store - thank you so much for all your help!

I want to deeply thank one of the guys who helped me and my boyfriend for around 20-30 mins trying to order a PS4 with a load of vouchers we had collected from my Boyfriends work. He was extremely helpful and was an absolute pleasure giving excellent customer service throughout, especially when it was busy and a few colleagues were standing around chatting and on phones.... The lad was a blonde lad, youngish, couldn’t quite get his name as he didn’t have a name badge on, he made the experience 10x better and we would have walked away without his excellent customer service. Thank you!!

Microwave we'd bought in December decided to cook itself rather than a frozen iceland pizza, so we took it back to this store (even though we'd purchased at another one). Staff couldn't have been more helpful in replacing it :)

Every visit to Argos is a pleasant experience due to the pleasant , helpful and extremely efficient staff at this branch. On my many visits here I have never had to wait the estimated collection time to pick up my purchase , sometimes it has been ready and waiting for me on arrival at collection point .

Very pleased with Argos.They take you order and phone you up and keep you informed.They phone again with a hour before they arrive.They took my old freezer away.And recycled it.At a cost.And delivered my new freezer.The 2 members of staff very helpful. And lifted it out with out moaning.like some firms.It was 5 star
