Really friendly local shop ..

When I was growing up in the retail sector I was always taught to greet customers with a friendly smile with a pls and thank when serving a customer weather that be in a small stall store like this one or a high Street super store .I've been visiting this store for about a year now and the staff always look like there miserable and not welcoming at all I swear if they decided to crack a smile there faces would crack .and there's one particular female member of female staff that I'm sure for some reason she seems to have a problem with me as she looks at me as if she's got something to say to me but won't say anything like she's scared of saying something she even leaves standing at the counter ready to pay for whatever I've brought and all she will do is lift the card metre and not bother telling how much the amount it unless I ask her first .half the time I feel like asking wat her problem is with me but If knowing I do ill probably come across as I'm being aggressive so instead I've decided not to us the shop as much and actually walk up to Sneinton and use the shops up there if I as to give any advice to the staff of this actual store maybe be abit more friendly and actually smile
