Staff are brilliant they put up with a lot, 24/7 open so price's can be a bit more than other places, staff are so friendly and helpful, easy going, lots of everyday products, security are on hand when in need which of a weekend is usually a lot. Lots of alcohol on offer, with lots to choose from. Also known as easy hours to us locals....

Great staff, I've always gone there since it was named easy hours and the choice of groceries is amazing. Don't listen to the 1 star review.

Terribly! Terrible staff!!! My 9-year-old son, who likes to ride a scooter, often comes to this store. He often bought water and snacks. Today we stopped by on the way home: I am with a friend and our children, who are 9 years old and 1 year old. Security told the children to leave their scooters at the entrance. Fine. After I bought water, I wanted to drink it at the exit - the security guard kicked me out. I will never come to this store again. This is just a horrible staff!!!!

I was in the que with two girls who where on the larger side in front of me, the two guys who were serving served them and then begun to talk in their language and I could tell that they were obviously talking and laughing at them. I find that the staff are really rude very impolite. I only go in there if I have too.
I will only use if I really have too otherwise I will walk to Morrisons or Aldi even if its for one or two items, I dislike the staff there m sad to say

The place is nice and convenient cause is 24/7. I am going there everyday the last 2 years. I ve been with my miss today and the blonde lady was insisting for me to pay instead of my miss. I didnt have money with me and my miss wanted to pay but for some reason she wanted me to pay and when we were about to leave she told me that i am not gentlemen.

The most ridiculous customer service walked in asked for electricity key replacement which is they provide and someone can’t be asked to do said we don’t do it !! They prefer to sell beers at ridiculous price . Will report to pay point as they are not looking at providing a service ! I would count my change twice !

Awful staff and rude manager

Staff rude and ignorant and very unhelpful and have no manners bring back the old easy hours glad I don't live over this area anymore

Manager is rude
