Halfords - Congleton

Had a fab time in Halfords this morning with the help of mark and Colin from the Congleton store . Needed a baby car seat , 360 chosen for impeding grandparent duties . Thanks for all the help choosing and fitting it … great team . Halfords Congleton 4th emergency service

Jess and Alex were extremely cheerful and helpful I cannot fault their service. Fitted 2 new headlight bulbs within minutes. No fuss and great value. Highly recommend.

A lovely atmosphere as you walk in, a helpful can do attitude from all of the staff and super speedy service to change my headlight bulbs.

No stress, smooth and efficient.

Will be back if I need anything in future and would highly recommend.

I needed bike tyres replaced and had arranged an appointment for this to be done. Sarah and her colleague had put the required tyres to one side for me and upon arrival quickly and efficiently put them on my bike along with new inner-tubes. They were very friendly and helpful and I was quickly on my way. Excellent service!

Rolled up after the car battery was declared dead by the RAC. Connor took me to the counter, found the battery we needed, and gave me the price for the battery and fitting, all in two minutes. He then fitted it , took the old one for recycling, and even filled up the washer fluid, all while my son and I went for a coffee. Thank you for all your help Connor!

Excellent bike service and advice. Andy really does his best to point out any issues and overs tips on how to safely ride. Will choose here for my yearly bike service.

I'm much more satisfied with Halfords than these words can properly convey. They identified the issue, and addressed it quickly and efficiently. They'll be seeing me (and my 4 road bikes) again! I recommend you do likewise.

Great level of service and Jess was super helpful. An independent cycle repair shop said my bike wasn't worth fixing and if I did want to go ahead it would be over £150. Halfords less than a 3rd and I now have a rideable bike again. Thanks

I nipped into Halfords at Congleton as my wiper blade on my id.3 suddenly snapped. The in store wiper selection screen was faulty so I went to the till and the guy there couldn’t have been more helpful. He took my reg number and went straight to get the correct wiper blade and even offered to fit it for me. Great service Halfords Congleton!

Rob was very helpful today with my indicator bulb fitting. He was chatty yet efficient

Steve was friendly, professional and changed the rear wiper on my car in no time at all. He went above and beyond by also given me sound advice on other matters regarding my car.
