B&Q Leominster

Really, really impressed. Had to pick up a load of decking and the manager and her team were super helpful and professional and cheerful. Consequently I now shop at this B&Q over any others, as they are the best I have ever used.

The staff at the store were extremely helpful in answering queries and assisting us to fit large garden furniture into our cars. I would highly recommend this store based on my experiences.

Great selection of reasonably priced stylish lights. Good returns policy for the loads of times I get it wrong. More bathroom light selection would be good. Also a guide to light bulb buying.
Staff team always very helpful.

Chatty, layed back staff who know their onions. They don't have all the items of a bigger store, but it's just down the road for me and if Im on a tight budget B&Q will do!
They've just changed the tills to self service. So if you don't like self service tills stay away!

I've never used or been directed to this store so my review is pointless , now if your asking me about B&Q they are good at what they do , staff are always friendly and polite , always willing to help you find what you need , very competitive .

Nothing like it's stocks available at a reasonable distance from Mid Wales.

As usual, we managed to buy almost everything we needed for the next phase of decorating! At the checkout, I asked about a garden table and chair set on display, the member of staff was extremely helpful and immediately went to the computer, sorted out what we wanted and placed an order for delivery. Job done!

A lovely young man , Daryl, went out of his way today to find a roller blind for me which had been packed away in the warehouse following a change of stock. Now that’s what I call customer service. Thanks Daryl - you made my day 😊

This visit was amazing, Store assistant Daniel Claverley sorted a problem we had with a delivery of bathroom units that had the assembly kit missing, Daniel went to great lengths to source one and sent us home absolutely over the moon because we could at last finish the bathroom. Your customer services on 2 occasions didn't know what we were talking about and didn't help us at all, they had no product knowledge and perhaps some training would be in order. He deserves some recognition for fantastic customer service.

Visited last week. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly. We got some good bargains including bathroom suite and the staff member that helped us was patient and knowledgeable.

Great for a smaller store. Staff are so lovely.

It's B & Q, full of DIY products. Helpful staff, easy to park. Store is tidy and shelves are well stocked. Good range of products. Has a paint mixing service.

Some staff need to be more knowledgeable of paints for exterior use including valspar.

Andrew was very helpful and found exactly what I wanted.
Please could you give him a cotton top to wear instead of polyester, the poor man was sweltering with all the running around he was doing 😁

I needed a gas cylinder. It was the first time I'd bought one. The guys were very helpful, will go again

Staff are very helpful and friendly and will if not too busy take you to the item.
