THE BEST SUPERMARKET IN THE UK, IT IS LIKE A HOME FROM HOME. DEBBIE, PAT, ALI & PETER MAKE ME FEEL SOOOOOOOOOO WELCOME & SAFE. THEY ARE FANTASTIC AT THEIR JOBS, THEY ARE SOOOOOOOOO SWEET & PRECIOUS & REALLY SUPPORT ME WITH MY DAY TO DAY LIVING COMING DOWN TO THE SHOP & WHEN I AM FEELING DOWN OVER MY 93 YEAR OLD MOTHER WITH ALZEIMERS THEY REALLY CHAMPION ME ON WHEN COVID WAS OUT THEY REALLY WERE HEROES THE WAY THEY RAN THAT SHOP. I LOVE THE WAY DEBBIE IS ALWAYS SOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY & SINGING SHE'S SO UPBEAT & FUNNY, US CUSTOMERS ADORE HER. I HOPE THEY ARE GIVEN THE TRUE PAYRISES THAT THEY DESERVE. THEY HAVE MADE COOP A REMARKABLE & OUTSTANDING STORE TO SHOP IN. VALUE YOU'RE STAFF THEY SERIOUSLY DESERVE IT.

The manager of this supermarket is brilliant and knows his customers by name! So lovely to see such a diverse working environment. All staff are super helpful and welcoming. Great store👌

I visited today to buy cough mixture for my partner and pain killers for my migraine. The gentleman who served me had the care to ask if I was okay. I explained who the medicine was for. He asked me if I have had a recent eye test. He and the young lady next to him explained their personal experiences of migraines caused by eye strain. As soon as I got home I put on my glasses which was meant for occasional use and straight away my migraine went. No pain killers needed. I've worked in customer service for nearly 30 years and can't express how much the 2 co-op employees put in so much empathy, care and time in their customer of 2 minutes, and how much of an impact it's made to me. Great British customer service at it's best.

Lived on Brunswick Road and it's literally just a 30 seconds walk away. Used to shop here often - would just pop down when I needed anything as it’s open until 11pm daily. Has a wide range of products as well as a bakery and a free cash machine.

Hassan was super friendly and helpful. I was having some troubles with returning a parcel and he sorted everything out for me and i’m really grateful, thank you!!

10.30pm staff very friendly and courteous even towards the end of their shift. Even let me know about fresh bread being discounted

U know what u getting with coop. Good food an groceries but not the cheapest. Excellent range in the Hove store we visited.

Open at great hours... Good selection for a relatively small store.

This store is especially convenient for those needing to buy a few bits throughout the working day. A good range if products and friendly staff. Maybe a tad overpriced in some areas.
