Throughout the process Amy provided great advice and responded quickly to queries and changes. Going way above and beyond expectation, Amy ended up doing a round trip of several hours to pick up one of our carpets in person when the supplier failed to deliver on time. Brilliant service and a great range of carpets, fitted with care and attention to detail. We couldn't have asked for more.
