Called in to buy a laptop for home use, Microsoft employee helped us to chose something suitable and well within budget. Didn't force upsales, and we got a free memory stick. You can also do payment plans, and if paid within a specified time, there's no interest. Great service, in and out and stock available in store. Would recommend

My wife and I called at the Ashton store today to look for a to set with front facing speakers because I have a hearing problem.We spoke to a young member of staff and told him that we had a Samsung tv bought from curry’s quite some time ago and could have simply said sorry can’t help and sold us a new tv.Instead he consulted a couple of other members of staff and one of them showed us how to adjust our set.Problem solved.That’s what I call SERVICE. My 5* is strictly for the excellent customer service I received from a young lad called Joseph on Friday, 15th December 2023, he was kind, polite and helpful and understanding. I had to return a faulty microwave. I had previously been dealing with their over the phone service, who are truly incompetent, give contradicting information and were unable to deal with a basic query of a faulty product with an instant replacement warranty.

Never had any problems, they always have what I need and always willing to help. Never had a faulty product, never had to return anything. Great store, great staff. Will always use as my first option.

Amazing experience. A staff member called Kaleek I think (tall brown kid , with a beard ) . He was very helpful and very kind and sorted me out with some nice headphones. He is an asset to your company. Nice experience

5*review for Jimbo mobile phone dept. Called into Ashton branch to discuss phone Upgrade. Jimbo was so helpful, professional & courteous (everyone's Go-To). Came away with a new phone/contract (excellent deal), Jimbo transferred my data, threw in a fast charger, & made the whole process seamless. Thank You Jimbo.

I visited the Ashton store on the 11th July. A lovely staff member named Callum was extremely helpful and took his time to advise about the different laptops. He was very knowledgeable and I later placed an online order for the laptop he showed me. Excellent customer service.

Dec was amazing this morning, didn't manage to sort a TV due to stocking issue but ill be back for sure!
