Grape Tree West Bridgford

Went in today for the first time. I was about to buy elsewhere online but it was for just 8 of the products I needed, so I decided I might as well spend that money locally. I live 25mn away from WB but it was well worth the journey! I paid £63 for all of the products you see on the photo, I found absolutely everything I needed and spent a lot less than I would have online. I had 10% discount because I spent over £50 and got a loyalty card. I will definitely come back, lovely staff, clean shop and super price for these expensive products. If you’re trying to embrace a healthier lifestyle this is a great place to shop! All of our breakfasts and lunches are now sorted for months :)

Visited on Friday for the first time, and i left very disappointed. Two ladies were in the shop and neither of them acknowledged me until i went to ask a question about their organic produce, to which they had no answer and just shrugged. Then when i had turned, i heard them snickering. Maybe it was merely bad timing and nothing to do with myself but nonetheless it was very unpleasant! Moreover, there are some offers on Kilogram packets of nuts. The offers are not clear whatsoever and when i enquired , the lady told me the offers were for the nuts grouped together, but they were all on one shelf so it did not help me. The offer feels much like a trick to get you to spend more money!
Overall the environment in this shop felt very hostile and judgemental. I miss the old health store!
