The two Michelles at Middleton, Manchester are always very helpful. Their customer service is what it should be and not often found these days. Well done, keep up the good work. Would definitely recommend the Middleton store.

I had rang Rochdale store and received no help whatsoever. I then contacted the Middleton branch and the help was superb. Issue resolved and all is good. Definitely recommend...

Great Store
The Middleton branch of The Works really is a great example to other stores .
As a carer for a lady who is a wheelchair user it makes such a very pleasant change to be able to access a shop without having to struggle through an assault course of obstacles put in our way.This happens more and more now and there are shops that we and others actively avoid for this very reason (and to be honest,this has been the case also with many branches of The Works stores) We would just like to thank you and acknowledge the fact that someone has taken the time and made a great effort to make some progress involving customer comfort,safety and satisfaction.
Also we would like to mention Ghandi the lovely young lady who works at this store.She is always very friendly and approachable,which is of course a nice experience for the customer.She is a true asset when it comes to making the customer feel welcomed and valued........Along with great products,great prices .......Ya`ll doing well !! ..... Thanks.

The staff are very nice and the shop is great for all ages perfect for buying gifts.

Excellent value for money large range of offers in store they sell books arts and craft materials and have a great range of 2for £10 offers on at the moment for kids and adults, the staff are really friendly and helpful and shopping there is a relaxing experience

What a beautiful store with lots of wonderful products at an even nicer price! Very jolly and polite staff too.

great store something for everyone and always something new! lovely young blond girl in Middleton store went out of her way for me wish I knew her name a credit to the store.

I love the variety for gifts, you can find economic diy ideas and book-toys for children parties

Really reasonable and we can always find lovely children's gifts in here

Rhis place has good fun activity books and games for the kids and some good adult stuff aswell

Good place for art and craft also board games books and stationery
