I have been a regular customer of Chester Health store since 2021, and I must say that I am extremely impressed with Niki's knowledge and integrity, she never disappoints! I wouldn't look anywhere else to get my health products. Either instore or online,

If I can give more stars I would. Nikki, a fantastic and quirky lady who has welcomed me into the store with care and understanding about my issues. I was diagnosed with PCOS at a young age, a hormone condition that gives you irregular periods, hair growth, fatigue and anxiety. I have been given many medications over the years to try and balance my condition, mainly to help with irregular periods. After countless attempts, nothing was working. So I did a little research and came across ‘Myo-Insitol’ supplement. I came to Nikki to see if there was any she had available and I didn’t even have to explain why in detail she just fully knew what I wanted straight away. I was offered advice aswell for my condition and I started taking the supplement, after 2 days I had my first period in over a year! I am never going anywhere else again.

Niki went above and beyond in helping me find exactly what I needed. Nothing was to much trouble. Her knowledge and friendly approach is something else, and always welcomes me with a smile: thank you so much for everything! I’ll be back again soon, and you can tell me all about Turkey! Just wanted to give a massive thanks to Nikki from the Chester Health Store. I'm on the otherside of the country but it was so much easier to order (and better priced) than local stores.

I rang up and Nikki was really friendly and helpful. She put the order through straight away and even with the monsterous royal mail delays at the moment my package came in perfect condition and super quick. I'm really glad I trusted a friends recommendation to try this small business and speak to an actually person!

Niki and her staff go to extra lengths to make sure you get the best and most personalised service. This fabulous store helped me so much over lockdown when I needed special supplements and teas to help my recovery from kidney failure. I've had a very positive experience dealing with Chester Health Store, their communication is excellent - I received a message from them apologising for a delay in shipping, before any delay had even occurred! One doesn't often find that kind of foresight in retail, let alone on-line shopping. Needless to say the shipping was speedy AND as a bonus, I have just noticed that when I came to re-order, my items had been reduced in price! Haha, how about that! Keep up the good work!👍

The Chester health store is brilliant and very well stocked, as a vegan I felt I needed supplements to balance my diet. Niki was very helpful and knowledgeable in this area.

Excellent service. I was unable to get into the store to pick up my click and collect due to having a pram and the grosvenor being closed. Niki was very helpful and came down the stairs to bring me my product. Thank you.
