Great shop, has everything you need for your dog, staff are great and stocks are always on the shelf. If they have run out, they will get the food from the warehouse or another shop for next day pickup . I’ve been using H J Lea Oakes for over 12yrs, and they’ve always been great service 👍🏻

Rang this morning to check if they had our Greyhound food in stock & the young lady kindly put a bag aside for me as I said I was on my way to collect it without asking. Thank you for your great customer service 👍

Fantastic store for all kinds of pet foods and accessories. The dog food made at the factory and sold in store is higher quality than the most expensive food at the vets and cheaper than most bargain dog foods. Something that I discovered and am thankful for.

I also but my chicken food from here as it's higher quality and cheaper than pet shops.

The staff at Congleton are excellent, the continuity of customer service on every visit is refreshing , always pleasant , if they haven't got what you need they get it as soon as. Nothing is too much trouble.

Go there every week got every birdseed you can think of really good selection of dog food and treats for all the only down side is they don't sell live stock. Like birds rabbits.
