Great place if you’re looking for CDs, vinyls, and DVDs. The staff were really friendly, and they have alot of merchandise stuff like shirts and medals.

One of my favourite shops in the city centre. My main interest is the film section downstairs, incredibly impressive. Staff are always very helpful and fun. I'm a horror fan, the selection is immense. Highly recommended.

Love the space, the lower level if full of nostalgic items. It's worth a visit, and let's keep these kinds of retail spaces going as the are great for gifts and such. Love roaming around for music as well, great LP/ record collection. Very impressive

Love HMV, such a shame that our local branch in Peterborough closed down so Leicester is the closest one. Even though you can order online you can't beat going to an actual store.

I had to return an item (a House of Marley wireless turntable) that was purchased online just before Christmas as it wasn't functioning correctly.

It was arranged via online to reserve the item for exchange. I expected a long winded process but couldn't be more pleased when I was served by Aaron making it quick and painless as he checked over my item/invoice and provided me with a replacement. I'm glad to say that once I got it home that day, it's now working perfectly!

I've dealt with him on occasions with purchases of 4K titles, and he is always friendly and knowledgable about the titles I buy. Even advising me this time about the new HMV delivers process to get exactly what you want delivered to the store even if it's not available straightaway. Thanks again Aaron!

Lots of DVDs, Blu rays and 4k Blu rays. Perfect place for physical media collectors.

Great shop for all things music and movies as it always has been. I just hope it keeps going with streaming services getting better and better. I go in for the 4k movies and special editions from boutiques like Arrow and 88 Films. Remember people, physical copies (on Blu-ray) are always superior to the streaming version.

If you want records, dvds or tee-shirts, then HMV has great stock and choice...their dvd choice of old films, TV series is brilliant...

Shopped here for over thirty years now. Great selection of dvds, blu rays, t shirts, cds, vinyl and pop culture. Quite alot of collectible exclusive stiff too. Staff is always friendly and helpful & theres a lift to the right as you walk in the building if you require it. I always support HMV if i can as its the last shop that sells physical media in this day and age of digital media and streaming. Us collectors should support HMV rather than the likes of amazon otherwise its streaming all the way rather than collecting something tangible and worthwhile.

Not many music stores left these days so make the most while you can. Always good for a browse to see any thing that pops out. Not always the cheapest but I've found more new music here than by simply clicking through Amazon

Very nice store. Set out in a easy way to navigate, staff are friendly and there is a very good range of products. Not too expensive for what they offer. There are stairs and elevators but a lift for those who cannot use these.
