O2 Shop Leicester - Highcross

Very clean and modern looking O2 Shop, located in Highcross shopping centre in Leicester.

I went in for some advices of their contacts and sim deals, staff who assisted me was really helpful, professional, friendly and so easy to talk with, he tried his best to offer me a great deal, also introduced me to an excellent and new way of O2 “Swap Phones” deal….

Store was very clean and spacious, had what it needed to show and help customers.

Highcross shopping centre has plenty of parking spaces, a little more expensive than other car parks in city centre, but it has lifts and only across the bridge from car park to shops, it would be easier and safer for elderly, families with young children and disabled people.

Excellent service. After frustration and confusion trying to sort issues out online I visited the shop for help. Was supported by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member (sorry I didn't get your name) who advised and assisted me and solved my problem. Much appreciated, cheers 👍

Wow, excellent service from Amit! He set up my new phone, helped me apply discounts on my air time which I didn't know I'm eligible, had a great knowledge and advised how to resolve an issue with iCloud account and on top of that he recommended a really good phone case and protector, which btw I got at a discounted price too. This guy is a gem!

Huge shout out to Raz and Nads. Absolute treasure staff members... I went to 3 other O2 stores and was outright refused service because they couldn't be bothered to get off their backside to help me out... NOT Raz and Nads. They smashed it. I wanted to switch from the s23 ultra to pixel 8 pro, unfortunately it was not in stock but Raz went above and beyond to assist me and managed to source the device and get it delivered to the store for me. Nads kept me up to date as much as she could, honestly can't thank them enough. Well done guys!!

I am literally happy that I got 14 pro max in contract, previously I have tired in many stores like vodafone and in Three but the credit check went unsuccessful it has became impossible to me to get mobile in contract but now I got iPhone 14 pro max because of the person whose name is Amit working in O2 highcross Leicester, he made my dream come true and I'm really impressed by the way he handled to procces my credit check for buying an iPhone 14pro max, Your communication skills and product knowledge are truly outstanding. Great job!

Great customer service from Amit. We have had no end of problems with O2 for the past week but he has done everything he can to help us. Even though our issue is not yet solved, he is a credit to the company.

I nipped into this branch for a case and screen protector for my new work phone as O2 has a great variety of high quality accessories. I was served by a lady called Bushra who was very helpful; she went to the stock room to get me all available accessories for my phone and put the screen protector on for me too. She was lovely and gave me great service, I'd definitely recommend her and this branch as a whole!

Customer Service was good. The Sales people give you immediate attention as soon as you walk into the shop. Their products are good and at relative considerable prices.

Went into the branch/store today with the mother looking to get a contract out was greeted with a warm welcome, was directed to a young gent by the name of Dhruv who was exceptional. He listened and fully understood the situation and gave me multiple options that i could go down, when it came to the final option i needed to think about it and he suspended the deal for x amount of time and suggested to go away and think about it as he understood that i needed to think about it.

An hour later we went back and i decided to go ahead with the the offer in which i am very pleased with. Dhruv is definitely an asset to o2, exceptional people talker, not a pushy salesman and a honest guy who explains everything really well.

What pushed me to do the offer was the fact that he was honest, a people talker and not a pushy salesman (that is what made me do it the most).

100% pleased with the service i received for Dhruv and his colleagues today would recommend anyone to this place. Thank you again Dhruv.

After visiting the 02 shop in the High Cross this weekend to sort out my phone up grade, I was served my Amit and he was brilliant, gave me all the information I needed, helped with setting up the phone, excellent customer service 👍
