I went into WHSmith today looking for two books that I couldn’t find and I asked a female colleague I can’t remember her name but she was so nice and asked her other colleague for help (Ashley was the name he given me) and he was so helpful and friendly about locating the books I wanted. They were both lovely and kind people ☺

Stationary and postal service at its best.. queue sometime but service really good.

Nice and well-organized stationery shop, book store and post office with impressive selection of greeting/season cards, office and craft materials, kid puzzles and logic games, etc.
The shop's location is great inside the West Orchard Shopping Centre and laid on two floors with one entrance from the walking street W Orch Wy and another entry from the 1st floor of the shopping center. It's worth to stop by and stay a bit while browsing among its wide selection of seasons' gifts ideas and special discounts.

This has to be one of the best places for buying birthday and greeting cards for special occasions. Unlike some card shops the range here is very good.
It's also the only shop I know of to have a load of choice of magazines to choose from if you're looking for something new to read.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. It's the only shop I go to for my pens (and sometimes Sharpies). I occasionally look at the books too.
Near Christmas (and birthday's) I check out their other items which are sometimes unique and can be helpful when looking for that other present you can't quite find.
I should mention they have a post office in there too which can be handy.

This place is quite good. And definately huge. Its my go to place for all kind of stationery and books. You will always see some people over here, and the staff is very much helpful. You also have the post office over there, which can be a plus point for some people. Its built on two floors so make sure you check out both of them to understand how great this place is.

Posted a couple of letters today. The staff on the till were very helpful and patient in the post office department. I was dealt with quickly and professionally and was given advice on different types of delivery. Thanks again forgot the lads name that served me. Keep up the good work 👍👍

This is a very good WHSmith. On both my visits the store has been very well stocked and I have found what I am looking for quickly. The products sold here are of very good quality, but the prices do reflect this. Usually, WHSmith stores are worn out and in need of a re-fit, but this one was very tidy.
Most people in the queue were waiting for a member of staff at the tills and refusing to use the self-service checkout. I have no problems with these, so could skip the queue, scan everything myself, and get through much quicker.
I will be coming back when I need more uni supplies.

Bought a a Map for £3.99: The same one from Amazon would've cost £6.99: With delivery . Plenty of choice in books Stationary etc all quite cheep . Service quick and cheerful.

All staff is very Frendly and helpful. Post office offers so many different services such as Driving licence and passport check and send, biometrics.

Even though it was quite empty the staff where very busy cordial very helpful

Numerous of things to buy hear or do you can send off post they have a post office in side buy all of your diffrent parcels packets buy stationery pens pencils all of your childs new stationery for school e.g work so on.

This is at the centre of Coventry shopping mall, it has a Post office and a food court ounce you get tired of shopping to nibble a sandwich or lunch.
A secure parking for the safe keeping of your vehicle. Guaranteed family shopping at WH Smith in Coventry City Centre.

Coventry town centre and others are not just a retail shop its also a post office. Plenty of space to walk around at two levels.

Popped in for a pack of postcard, (not an easy item to find) and picked up some other items as well. Helpful and polite staff.

Good selection of magazines plus ones just out. Staff friendly. Store probably overdue for a refit
