Had a problem with my add on. Seen jeff and he also sorted my email problem out.great chap knowledgeable and very pleased I went in store.

Came in today to buy a travel sim card. I was seen by Jeff who I believe was the store manager. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Jeff was very clear and professional. He made me feel seen as a person, rather than just a customer. I can sometimes be a somewhat anxious person, but Jeff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He gave me helpful advice on my purchase.

Aaron was very helpful n very knowledgeable sorted me the best contract n new phone out . He was very chatty ad a laugh with him . I normally see Jeff as he is brilliant n really helpful n chatty but he was busy . This is l of the best 3 stores I’ve been in helpful , friendly , n sort ur problem out .

Jeff assisted me with an account issue. Very pleased with the help..thoroughly recommend this shop!

Popped in to sort my upgrade, Dominic and Aaron sorted it for me with no problems and were both really professional and friendly.

Paula was very helpful and polite. She got my phone all sorted and all the data transfered in no time at all. She's a top asset for your company ! Thanks Paula.

Called in on Wednesday. For a new phone. Domonic was brilliant. And great customer service and communication . No pushy sales. Very knowledgeable. Set my new phone up for me. Its the first time I have been in the Mansfield store used to go to Sutton store. Brilliant. One thing though. Seeing as I'm not very teqnical. I will probably be calling in one day next week 👍😁

Popped in the store and Dom really looked after me, he made it all look very simply. Great asset to your Team.
