Tesco Express

I will be sharing this with Tesco head office and the national press . As of now I'm a British gas pay as you go customer, not through choice, seems my supplier has been bought out. I can only top up my gas and electricity at the post office or my local Tesco express in kennington. Today I encountered the worst customer service ever. The machine wasn't charged, the woman behind the till smirked, I'm a midwife that doesn't work 9+5 so rely on a a service that is meant to be provided. , I'm hoping she doesn't have children that need to be fed or bathed because I have never been treated as I was treated today. She refused to charge the machine, she smirked several times even when I sent my daughter to diffuse the situation.i spoke with the manager, I spoke with head office, I am a well paid professional and have never been treated like this. I have never treated anyone like this l.'m coming home to no gas or electric because your staff are rude, incompetent and and without conscious. Please don't tell me to organise,£ 20:00 a day doesn't need organising it needs an online payment. I will be taking my complaint further and suggest you identify the woman in the till as he refused to give her name service or to charge the monitor.
Bear in mind the single parents you have forced into your ridiculous payment scheme that can't top up for their children, shame on you

You can reply or wait for your branch to be publicly shamed as your employee tried to do to me today.
I will never shop with this store again

Haven't visited recently but surprised to see some negative reviews. I have frequented this store regularly for 8 years and have always found staff helpful and obliging, general management is of a higher standard than other medium sized/large Tesco stores I shop at. Can get busy in the evening but first thing in the morning experience has always been great. Free parking too, a definite bonus in such a central London location. And they don't make you put coins in the trolleys either :)

very happy with this Tesco - been shopping here since 2.5 years ago and it's been a good experience. On a couple of occasions when I needed customer service help especially the staff were very good (lady with short hair, don't know her name). The bakery's cranberry and cashew bread is the best thing ever. Also there's a convenient pharmacy.

It's a giant Tesco, what's not to love? At the very end of the store there's a corner with seasonal products and sales which sometimes has very interesting (read: delicious) offers. And if you've gone all the way to that end of the store, don't forget that there are self-checkout machines near the exit.

I stay in Vauxhall area about 3x a year when I go for long London holidays. Love this Tesco and want to specifically say that Kiara who helped ring me up at the register on my last visit gave superb customer service. Rarely leave reviews, but she went so much out of her way to help me find stuff even though she was about to go on break. Just so calm, friendly, and helpful. I want her to know how much I appreciated her super customer service!

I used the pharmacy on 11 October around 4pm, very helpful and apologetic ladies since they were having difficulty with their computer. especially the younger lady working, very helping and handled technical difficulties whilst having a queue of people very well!

Had a 5* star experience here. Lovely crisp selection. Also great dips. Good for any party I'd say. Great party rings. Excellent all rounder. Would go again.

Support with wearing of masks, urgently required. The staff in this location require support from managment to guide people entering without the correct PPE. In the benefit of the staff's families and customers this needs questioning. Why are customers entering the store without mask 😷?? On a number of occasions I have experienced the staff receiving abuse for questioning customers. TESCO support your staff and your customers.

Had to visit the tesco pharmacy on saturday 28th july 2018 at about 5.30 in the afternoon while staying up in London on my daughters hen weekend, cannot praise the pharmacist that was on duty enough he was absolutely amazing and helped deal with a very painful problem that I was suffering from and gave lots of helpul advice i had left my medication at home and was very upset . Wish he was my local pharmacist.
Tesco should be very happy they have a great guy working there.

I love this Tesco, I go there every day! It has pretty much any food item you could ever want and a great customer service team :)

Biggest Tesco around i think, spacious and well stocked. Taxi is just a phone call away . Abt 10 minutes walk from Vauxhall underground.

Huge Tesco, so massive variety of stuff that some of the other Tesco's don't have, including gluten-free and vegan choc ices and white asparagus in jars (Spanish section near tomato puree and pulses)

I would just like to comment on all the lovely bunny rabbits they have running around the store. It's great for all the kids and the grown ups for a day of tesco bunny rabbit fun

Shelves well filled. Got everything on my list (and more) shop floor clean and tidy. Best of all easy too pay.

Really helpful staff and great products. Happy to make this my first choice shopping destination. Highly recommended.

As a tesco team in west-end, there's great improvement in customer service at tesco Kennington. Before, the customer service was zero. Pls keep it up
