ALDI

Okay, this may sound strange but this is my favorite Aldi in Leicester. The aisles are wider and longer making the food shop so much better. Good options and as it's slightly larger they usually have more variety. And the car park is massive so you don't have to struggle finding a spot. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will drive out of my way to shop here, especially in the evening when it's less busy.

Tomato's are the best here. You will find the best price deals. We like the options of frozen items, (hash potatoes, steak bake, cheese chicken bake, Fish mongers)

I've shopped in many aldis and this is by far the most spacious one. Huge car park plenty of spaces. Lots of room between Isles. Staff acknowledged me. No need to enter car reg

A very convenient place to shop. Absolutely love the new store and layout. The self serve tills are easy to use. Still love this store and so convenient. Fruit and vegetables were a bit sparse today. Love this store still. Still love this store. It's not changed, good as ever. I managed to get everything I needed today.

Great staff & nice selection of food stuff etc.

Since refurbishment the store is a great one to shop at. Produce kept fresh and cool behind doors is very good but still leaves accessibility issues with reach, narrow entrances and unlabelled fire escapes, detrimental to comments made on planning permissions.

Hugely improved by the makeover.
Larger, better/more/more interesting stock. Just nicer than the previous slightly grubby feel.
Nice to see self-service checkouts too.

Clean shop and polite staff

Extended store has better shelves and space. Plenty of stock, and new cabinets for fresh veg. Loads of Xmas stuff

Staff are always so polite and helpful. The products are fantastic, a lot of varieties, plenty of parking available.

I never used to like shopping in Aldi however this store has been completly rebuilt, it is a little bigger and seems a lot more spacious. The car park is also bigger making it far easier to park. As before the choice of products varies in number and quality and most of the 'staples' are the same as the competitors. Other products particularly their own brand products are much cheaper, though the quality varies. I have tried only a few so far but several have become my favorites and are, in my opinion, better than I used to get in Sainsburys at a much higher price. It all comes down to taste of course.
One other feature of this new store are the self service tills, I used to hate the huge checkout queues and the rushed experience when it is finally your time! Now I use these self service tills, no rush, no queues and a friendly helpful member of staff when it all goes wrong!!!

Always good for a shopping visit.

Friendly staff nice food at a decent price

Visited the sparkly new store in Syston. Really nicely done refurb, new chillers with energy saving doors and the usual "centre aisle " of special offers. Great!

Wednesday 22nd 2pm like no other day. I only went in to grab something small...well i wasn't even meant to be there. But by chance i was walking toward frozen food.

I saw a lady around 70+ not looking right i walked on first but instinct told me to turn around. I saw the lady was falling backward me and the Lovely worker Jess/Jass I think that how you spell her name. We Managed to grab the old lady in time other wise should would have feel back pretty hard.

Jess then got a water, the old lady tested her sugars were high and poor thing needed to use a asthma pump. I feel kind of blessed that i could be there to help someone, more so the hero was the Jess the Alidi worker (blonde haired from what i remember) please do recognise this lady as she was amazing. and please pass my regards on.

Always great value for money

Just visited the new updated store at Syston. Nice and clean lots more space now. Plenty of stock just wish food didn't cost so much these days. Not aldis fault of course.

27/4 visited today to do a shop and was very happy with the entire experience.
Lots of stock availability, plenty of red label bargains got lots of meat reduced to stick in the freezer.
Great check out super efficient till staff so even though the lady in front of me had an equally full to the brim trolley as I did. By the time all her stuff was scanned mine was loaded up ready to go.
