Kay and shaz are lovely

Edwinstowe Convenience were incredibly rude. I was ignored by one member of staff. The second member of staff just blankly stared at me until I asked them if they were available to help. I'm assuming some kind of incestuous brother-and-sister duo?

I was told to take my parcel off the counter (by the other member of staff who had initially ignored me upon entry). I only needed a surface to lay the parcel down to stick the label on.

I was then barked at that I had to put the parcel in the sack. No idea what "sack" they were on about. So I just left it on the counter and walked out.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Wouldnt go back in there if you paid me.

The other reviews for this shop are correct. The woman behind the counter was rude, arrogant and miserable. It was a horrid experience. I too, was dropping off parcels and was going to buy a few things, but I decided that I would spend my money elsewhere!

Possibly the most ignorant, awkward and worst mannered shop worker I've come across. Only went to collect an eBay delivery. The 'lady' behind the counter didn't speak, just looked at me in disgust. She was deliberately rude throughout and although I provided the code I'd been given for collection in my instructions she said that without a barcode "which everyone gets" I couldn't have my parcel. I'd showed her the emails with my name, details of the item, delivery notes and codes but she continued being rude whilst other customers were waiting to pay for their items. Eventually after repeatedly telling her I hadn't been given a barcode she accepted the code I'd mentioned to begin with (although I had to repeat each digits of the code to her 6 or 7 times while she wrote it down). She put my parcel on the counter and said" there's your parcel". Needless to say I won't have anything delivered there again and certainly won't bother going in to buy anything. If this is typical of her attitude to customers I am amazed they get enough business to remain open.

Went to the shop to pick up a parcel with the idea of getting stuff for dinner
The staff member who served me was so unfriendly I decided to just collect my parcel and run.
Needless to say I won’t be returning anytime soon .

This shop is horrible they always are rude only are polite when your parents are with you and just everything is overpriced and out of date !

She always shouting at you for taking to long if you do go in with a bag you get searched it’s outrageous and not even worth the prices as everything is out of date

Also on a bank card you have to spend a minimum of 5 pounds GBT to get served

Staff are horrible. They laughed when my friend asked the cashier for a receipt. They never talk and hold their hand out for your money. Have been yelled at for grabbing a bag of flour and not holding it the 'correct' way. The 'Happy Shopper and Euroshopper' products are cheap, and the loose sweets, but all the others come from wholesalers and are extremely expensive. Used to remember this place being really good about 7 years ago.

Update: My Cousin was rudely shouted at to “hurry up” when visiting the store, and was denied a receipt by the cashier. Just wait until I find out who the Major Company behind this shop is, and when I do I will be sending a serious complaint.

I have recently moved here and I thought I would check the local shops and I went in and it seemed nice, by then I was followed in the shop by the cashier and it made me feel very awkward while I was shopping, then after I made my purchases I left the shop and went just outside of the shop to sort out my bags and I was followed out of the shop and the woman was watching what I was doing what.
It was my one and only visit to the shop very disappointed

First time in the shop, went to return a parcel and buy a few bits. Lady was quite rude and unhelpful.
Wont be going in again

Awful lady ,very unhelpful, I went to drop a parcel off and she said she can't take it after seeing me queuing with it, will never go in there again !
