Brilliant service from start to finish. Have used them to carpet my stairs , landing and bedrooms and to put laminate down in the hallway. I will be using them again for my dining and living room.

Steve in particular, is exceptional and such a kind person. We have grew to be great friends due to his kindness, and he even came out of his way to help me prep my dining room floor for no cost.

Avoid at all costs. Had vinyl flooring fitted and because the concrete flooring wasn’t prepped and smoothed well enough I am left with dents and bumps throughout the downstairs of my house. I rang the owner to ask for advice on what to do, explained what had happened and he said “you’re just ringing wanting a freebie” - I’m really not. Owner is incredibly rude, insulting and unwilling to offer any help or advice on what to do, clearly just thought I was out to get him! What a waste of my money and time.

Disappointing service. Wanted to support a smaller local business but they did not turn up twice to measure my mum's stairs, so have now gone elsewhere.
