Tesco Superstore

Use this store all the time,great for large or small shops.Loads of offers on all the time and very well stocked.Being a superstore it has F&F clothes dept, pharmacy,delicatessen,fish mongers anf hot chicken and snack counter.More recently they have put a phone shop next to the lottery and cigarette counter and introduced self scanning hand held machines.
Staff are friendly and always ready to help.This is no longer a 24hour store.

Great range of products, really busy today due to christmas shoppers but everything was still well stocked.

Even though I asked at the chemist for psyllium husk they told me to go somewhere else... the place that I had been told not to go. It's odd the some countries don't stock such a readily available item where I live. (ok I live in Australia but it's still English)

Great selection of meats... I see some of the fat had been cut off the pork chops but leaving some on... excellent. Plenty selection of frozen vegetables, breads and yeast. Dates were very tasty compared to what I have at home. Friendly staff. Thanks you. Oh just a note, the Colgate mouth rinse stuff is more or less the same price at home so I only buy it when it's on special.

Can I ask you to check people parking in the incorrect places... if they are allowed to do it then it makes it difficult for everyone.

I visited the Hemsworth store for a naughty elf; I had seen them a few days earlier but didn’t think to pick one up until they had all gone! I asked Louise from Hardline dept and she checked the back, unfortunately they were all sold but she informed me a delivery would be arriving Thursday night and to try on Friday. I popped in Friday afternoon and Louise had said the elves had been delivered but they were nowhere to be found! She kindly took my number and promised to message me when they turned up. I received a message Sunday afternoon from Louise. She had put an elf aside for me to collect. Louise was so friendly and helpful throughout and she went above and beyond. I hope this she gets to see this and is rewarded with some chocolates!!! She is a credit to your team!

Visited the phone shop today for advice. Was attended to by a very pleasant and knowledgeable young lady, Amy. Advice excellent. Problem resolved in no time. Thank you.
Co vid safety rules followed in this part of the store. Did not visit any other department on this occasion.

I would like to show appreciation and praise for the young man that delivered my mums shopping on Saturday from the Hemsworth store (I wish I knew his name). Mum is elderly ànd recently had a fall, this young man helped her with the shopping and unpacked for her without asking. What a credit he is to Tesco, he deserves recognition..thankyou

The staff are always helpful & friendly at this store.

Today I went in for a birthday cake & bits for my Daughters 40th. A member of staff was really helpful with the cake & then went on to find me a 4 & 0 sparkler type candles for the top. No 0 was found, so he gave me a £10 gift card to take off my shopping.

I'm not sure I thanked him enough, so a big thank you to him & the staff at Tescos. :-)

Thank you so much to Claire and the staff at Tescos Rochdale for giving me a much needed break during my 9hr adventure at getting home after the M62 was closed !!! Your gave me a free hot meal coffee and an opportunity to stay overnight and if that wasn’t enough you extended the help further by giving out free duvets !! I was immensely greatful to you I was the one that went out heading for Littleboroigh and was trying to get to Wakefield thanks so much again you all deserve medals 🥇 and recognition from the hierarchy for your fantastic gesture when people really were in need !! Awsome Service

Customer service brilliant. Young man called Harvey really went the extra mile to help me this evening (31/8/19) what an exeptional employee you have tesco Hemsworth! Shopping experiences like this are why i keep coming back.

tescos has the best own brand food thst tastes better than branded products... this store has friendly staff. easy parking. refurbished toilets but annoyed its not 24hr qnymore! WHY?

I love this supermarket it's by far the best around and has a great range for vegans and vegatarians. Always clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly 10/10 from our family xx

Big massive thank you to the gent who looked after my mum on her shopping trip yesterday, he got her a coffee when she needed a break in doing her shopping ( she's disabled and often needs a break ) and made her day so thank you very much

Local supermarket, so I visit on a regular basis. All of the staff I've met have been excellent. Shelves are always well stocked.
