Knowledgeable, polite, courteous and helpful as a whole. I have used this O2 store for several years and will continue to do so as they have got 'it' right. Thanks to all who work there.

Can't praise this shop enough.
I call Christina my technical fairy. Any problems l have she sorts me out always with a smile, nothing is to much trouble. Don't know what l'd do without her!

After issues with a new phone contract, I went to the Hinckley shop to talk in person to resolve. Kyle went above and beyond to resolve my problem. He was an absolute star. Not only resolving my issue but managing a busy store in a calm, pleasant and professional manner.

Went into shop this afternoon and was served by Kyle. He gave great customer service helping me sort my Sim out. Warm, welcoming and very professional. Well done.

Excellent staff when recently visiting with an issue with my android. Fixed my issue very quickly and great attention to detail when asking about my next phone. Overall excellent customer service with a very Happy customer. Shall be returning here when my upgrade is due. Thanks again both of you who supported me.

Attended this shop this morning to discuss about various tablets and my phone network charges. Liam was most helpful and explained everything in simple terms. Very helpful. Would recommend this shop. Liam is a credit to O2.

so, i woke up this morning after doing alot of research on my new phone ready for the day. i got to the store and was greeted with Kyle. he helped me out more than i could have asked for. he hooked me up with the samsung s21 ultra 5g and i am inlove with the decision. kyle knew every questions answer i asked for and made the start of my new phone journey super easy. i am always happy with o2 and their staff and today was no different! thank you kyle
