O2 Shop Camberley

Had a great experience today with Natasha who helped my elderly mother get a new phone. Not only that but she explained what happens next and my mum will go back in next week when the phone arrives and Natasha will help set it up. Service that you definitely can't get buying online.

I came to the shop to try to receive a new Sim card. I was very stressed as it was super important to resolve that day as I was going abroad the following day. I was helped by Suson and he was absolutely outstanding. I could sing his praises all day, but he was the best O2 customer service representative I have ever worked with. I was very close to cancelling my O2 contract but because Suson and his great face-to-face customer service I have decided to stay with them.

Popped into the store to resolve an issue which O2 Support couldn’t. The guy there literally spent all afternoon with me helping navigate O2 support being passed from pillar to post and we eventually got to the bottom of it. The patience shown was outstanding and a credit to your team.

Just popped in for a simple sim card so didn't need much but what I will say is the staff were fab, full attention despite only needing something small, all options and prices were explained in detail and special offers too. The staff member who helped us,is a credit to your team and really was fabulous. Highly recommend

Went in to check when best to discuss renewing our contract. Young lady we dealt with was excellent and we got a new contract and saved money.

Minor queries with my bill and also my phone. Both were dealt with efficiently and courteously. I was even offered an alternative plan that should save me money. I thoroughly recommend O2 here in Camberley for all.
