Clean and tidy store, well laid out with clear adult and children's areas. Lots of stock. Shirt printing available. Staff were friendly and helpful, was served quickly.

Love going to the store with the kids and having a look around. Friendly staff always willing to help.

First time visit the store as a fan from down south. Really great stock and availability. The young team working there could do with a lesson on how to smile but that’s all. 😂🤣

I visited on the hottest day of the year and the temperature just outside read 37°c. Having driven down from the North East I was very pleased with the layout of the store and how friendly and helpful the staff were. Good selection of Clarets memorabilia although you could provide more in small children's sizes (nudge nudge wink wink)

Great shop. I've only bought online before so we visited recently and I was pleasantly surprised with the size and what was on offer. Very modern and clean and the staff were very helpful too. A good public image for the Club :-)

Had an amazing experience with my online purchase. The kit was too big for me, so they changed it it for me to a smaller size, i only needed to pay the custom Zoll. They even changed it even with personalization.

Love this shop and will continue buying stuff there for sure

Always a pleasure to ho in the vlub shop. Very friendly helpfully staff and the prices aren't all that bad. Very modern store recently extended and extremely clean.

Favourite shop ever, always friendly staff , only problem I have is I only go in for 1 top 1hr later end up with 4, so I walked in yesterday straight up to counter asked for home top & walked out, walked all way down & backhome in rain, seems there was a match on at the time? BTID
