Would like to thank the Pharmacist on duty today, Saturday morning, for not just her professional advice over the most suitable treatment for a feminine problem, but in addition for her wonderful manner. She was so helpful, discreet and empathetic, so much appreciated. Why can't all professionals be like this? This is not the first time I have sought advice from the Pharmacy at Boots Congleton and they have always been helpful and given me the best advice.

Always clean bright and friendly. Staff go out of their way to assist you. If they don't have an item in stock they will order for next day collection. Big store with plenty of room to move between the isles.

Typical Boots store: first aid products, make up, skin care, hair care products, seasonal products (spf,..), baby products, make up and hair appliances (hair dryers). Also a selection of sandwiches and ready made snacks. Helpful staff.

Large out of town store with a plentiful variety of stock and a chemist's outlet at the back. Very helpful staff and late opening hours.
