Argos Banbury in Sainsbury's

I’ve been in here a few times over the last week and had very efficient and professional service from all staff. Today there was a man being served beside me and was being extremely rude to a staff member. I didn’t get the staff members name but I was impressed that she remained calm and professional throughout, even though the man was very rude to her.

Easy to order, although items didn’t arrive on time due to the snow, staff were extremely apologetic and polite about it. Will be ordering via them from now on. Also finishing at 8 I can only go to this one as it’s the only one open past that time! Another good thing!

What great service I have had in the Banbury store. The lady from the till came over to assist me as it was out of stock when I checked. She then checked to see if she could order it for me and I picked it up today. Thank you

Good stock levels. Quick collection greatly helps. Compared to online prices are very good generally.

Unfortunately the staff were rude, unhelpful and slightly aggressive. I see other people have had the same experience. Maybe they need some training. Stratford staff were great (where I went when Banbury wouldn't help me).

Weekend before Christmas. 1 person on tills. 1 person doing stock at the back (with one hand in pocket so hardly going at any pace) saw 2 other members of staff look at the queue ( now about 15 deep) but no acknowledgement or apology or offer of help so no idea what they were doing.

Probably no fault of the store at all, but there is no other way to review online orders. I ordered a product online. I don't even live in Banbury but it was showing as available for collection the next morning. I received no confirmation that it is ready to collect so checked my emails and turns out it will only be ready to be collected in two days time, I would not be able to collect it then, nor would I placed my order if the website timings were accurate. Customer services were useless and would not get it delivered instead so I cancelled my order and collected from Curry's hassle free.

Really bad experience with this Argos store. Tried to return an unused item in original packaging but was told they couldn't refund the item as the sticker on top had been opened. How can I see inside the box without opening it up. The large girl behind the counter wouldn't give me a refund. No worries I will be in contact with head office to see that she gets retrained regarding consumer rights. Don't buy from Argos and hopefully they will go out of business.

The service received here was appalling. Not only were the ladies behind the counter rude to me, but they spoke so rudely about the customer who had been served prior to me right in front of me. It made me feel so uncomfortable and has made me adamant I will never visit/collect from here again. I am very disappointed.

he failed to deliver the package to my door I had to walk 5 mins looking for him outside in the cold in the rain when I paid for delivery and yet he was driving.

Went into this argos today woman behind counter rude bossy and had no manners at all I will not go back there at all. It not the first time I've been in that sainsburys and staff were rude and not helpful at all
To people reading this review go somewhere else not worth your time. If I could put no star I would not HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE
