Have bought several items from RVO recently to begin my new hobby of amateur astronomy. And I have to say they give fantastic advice and customer service and at very competitive prices too.

I recently accidentally damaged a leg of the tripod of the telescope package I had purchased from them just a couple of months ago. Basically, I needed a replacement tripod leg and they were happy to oblige in sourcing a replacement. What I couldn't quite believe, and much to my amazement, a replacement arrived at home less than 24 hours after I'd initially made contact with them. Now that is incredible customer service.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and I'll certainly return to them for all my future astronomy equipment and advice.

Excellent. Needed a Sky Watcher SynScan handset and cable for an outreach event. Phoned to confirm both items were in stock, and as asked, placed the order via their website.
My order was placed on Wednesday afternoon, and was delivered on the Friday just as their rep stated. The handset was competitively priced and well packaged. Very happy!

I wanted to look at a pair of Celestron binoculars before purchase and these guys were very obliging. Took about a week to get them from the dealer but when they were in I viewed and bought them, they even did a price match. Good service all round and recommended.
