Prior to making a decision we were sent over video tutorials and information about the defibrillators they provided. Vivienne even came for a visit to discuss in person about what we needed and answered any questions we had. From the start the service by Vivienne has been great and the delivery and set up of the defibrillator itself was quick and easy.

Decided to go with this company as Vivienne in the office was fantastic she helped us choose the correct defib and even came to us to show us what the defibs looks like the difference between them, she kept us up to date with the order and any concerns that we had.
