Tony at your Bexhill-on-Sea store(Devonshire Road)is exceptional.
ALWAYS cheery,helpful,knowledgeable and smart...Mr.Walker should be proud of him and the store..the staff work very hard but Tony is the star..charm personified.

Simple entry and 1 way system, slow tips but it's expected with what I carry, friendly and helpful staff

Been working on the night shift here and it was a new and excellent experience, but unfortunately today is my last day to work here.
A big thank you to Chris Yates, Judit, Ryan, Richard and Costel, you all have been amazing in managing your staff. Thanks to all my colleagues, we were a strong and cooperative team.

As much as l like shopping at my local store in Eastwood, Notts.(l even worked for them) l must say that the mix and match pricing is a bit of a problem,especially for the older folk.Whilst the offers are brill, trying to keep check on whether you've matched up the right 2 for this amount or 3 for that amount can be quite an ordeal.Its already hard to keep an eye on any small print offers, without the extra problem of mix and match.🙂

Visit to site when hosting Question Time. On site out of hours support and security staff were most helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble…..thanks….

Great place easy to find. My daughter has just got a job with them. Fabulous friendly people who have made her feel very welcome and ensured that she is trained in every aspect of her job description whilst being both supportive and caring.

I had this amazing man help me today at the Spalding store he was so polite and he saved me money , he helped me download the app because I can't see very well ,such a lovely friendly man his name was George x

Brilliant depot to unload and deliver too. From the gatehouse to the staff on the floor in the warehouse everyone speaks and is pleasant. The waiting area is ok, a drinks machine that’s about it. Never in there long enough to wait around they are very quick to unload.

I shop in the store in Hamilton South Lanarkshire and there is a lovely Customer Service Assistant called Ruth who is very professional helpful and friendly person and always goes the extra mile she is a smiley hard working woman who always makes customers feel at ease and helps them to find their needs and always upsells at the till. I would recommend her for employee of the month compared to some of the dull unhelpful staff you have there.

Want to say such a big THANKYOU to the iceland warehouse Wolverhampton in a day where going to do the weekly shop is horrendous and not without tripedation with all other shops looking like armageddon it was such a pleasure to go in this store today the staff were all working extremely hard continually stocking the shelves freezersetc and whilst under an extreme amount of pressure they were approachable and helpful .
I made point of
going to a lady doing the online picking has I had the need to say thankyou to her personally, retail staff are undervalued in my opinion and need more recognition for what they do. I hope this simple gesture made this lady feel valued in a time where selfishness is ripe and I would like this to go to all your staff.
There wasnt anything in this store that I couldn't find apart from baked beans lol but toilet roll in abundance .
Keep up the hard work guys you are doing a great job in a time of uncertainty and again

Iceland food warehouse. Excellent store customer service is 2nd to none. Emma and Alison excellent manner very friendly best excellent customer service the store wouldn't be the same if they weren't there wish there was more like them

Been very good but are Christmas Turkey was off sadly - one of those 1.9kg Turkey Crowns bone in with some posh butter sadly it was so smelly we had to put it outside the house as stunk, Fox had it away that night so not a total waste, delivery's good, drivers wear masks & most items ordered arrive so I've given 5 star as Iceland Staff are Great.

I most admire Malcolm and Richards philosophy for the business, and it would give me great pleasure in working with Iceland. A succesful family run business. Change, adapt, innovate. Thank you. Have a wonderful day.

I was witness and tried to help in a tragedy that happened outside Iceland Borough Road Wirral on Saturday morning just before Christmas, it seems the person had, had a massive heart attack between l, a young lady and the staff member from Iceland, l think the staff member is called Lee, tried in vain to revive the man, but unfortunately we were not successful. But we tried, thank you so much for trying both of you. It has affected me so l can only imagine how it has affected him.

Please please thank him for all his effords.

Iceland changed completely! As a customer, I recommend to try it as they rebranded all their food line and start a new journey in design. The store looks different I was surprised after I gave it a go this year.

Nice to get excellent customer service . I shop in many shops but recently in ICELAND foods customer is one of the best. The only ICELAND food store that needs improvement is KILBURN HIGH ROAD anyone using KILBURN STORE don't be put off the other stores are really good i really wasn't welcome at the KILBURN store they really let the company down kingsbury/ cricklewood and hadligh Essex are the top 3 to all the staff at these stores keep up the good work/service

Good quality for money at great prices. The added bonus of home delivery helps so much with me having a disabled child that I home school all of the drivers are so kind to him
