I caused myself a problem by trying to do some maintenance on my pc and then 'getting stuck'. Adam, the manager (and one of my former students), was really helpful on the phone. I dropped the pc in the next morning, and by the time I had walked the dog, he had called to say it was sorted. On collection soon afterwards, my pc had been put back together again, thoroughly cleaned, and the cpu clock battery changed. He charged me a minimal fee for doing all that. Highly recommended and so local!

These guys made a v bad day an excellent day when I turned up with my badly broken laptop. All options patiently explained, no blinding by science and no pressure sell. A really friendly, positive experience. I will definitely recommend. Thank you!

A very helpful chap sold me a cracking laptop, Hp Probook, 16gb ram, latest Windows version & wolf security. Absolutely spotless condition, works very rapidly.
Also came with a sleeve.
No pressure to buy anything & very knowledgeable.
To get this spec laptop would be nearly double the cost, very happy with it.
No doubt that if there's a problem, they will be there to help.

Took my very slow PC hard drive in to see if it could be fixed. It could! Brilliant, speedy service from Adam as always. No jargon, straightforward advice and great prices.

No fix no fee which was unexpected. Broke a screen and they ordered one in for me, only to find it was a deeper issue. To which he gave me sound advice on purchasing a new laptop which would be the more economical solution. Didn't charge me for the diagnosis and was very friendly. Recommend, and would definitely buy a laptop from them if i lived in the area.

Fast efficient service. Very helpful, especially for the less computer savvy . I would definitely return if I have any more problems with my computer.

Gosh is it really 4 years since I left my review.
We have since moved from Tetbury and retired from our business. We now live in North Somerset so when my computer started playing up with what I suspected was a virus I was a bit stuck. I rang Nailsworth Computer Shop for advice and was told to phone back and they would investigate remotely.
It was amazing watching the screen switching from area to area..then a phone call to say "all done"

I always use Nailsworth computer shop. Pat and Adam are fully trust worthy and they give very good, fair advice.. I use my laptop for business and they have looked after me well over the years. I don't know what Nailsworth would do without them.

Fantastic - brought my computer in on Wednesday and they had it back to me on Thursday repaired and at a good price with each cost explained (labour and parts) and the parts were compared to their pricing on amazon. Were very communicative during the whole process, ringing on Wednesday to keep me updated and explain what was wrong, what needed to be fixed and how long it would take. Very friendly and experienced. This is the place to go if you need your appliance fixed.

Impressive service. I took my old notebook in, which had been playing up for months, and they told me they could fix it - no problem. In the end, I decided to purchase a newer, better reconditioned laptop, which I am delighted with. It was also very reasonably priced, and I got part-ex on my notebook. Now that I have discovered this shop, I will not go anywhere else. Easy, free parking right across the road, too.
