Bought a small cross stitch from a charity shop and have run out of two colours so can't finish it unless I try to match it up and buy some more. Can't contact either as the number on their website says you have dialled a wrong number. Would not buy again

Their products ie cutting dies and paper boutique paper sets are excellent, but there customer service is one of the worst.

Ordered yarn on 9th November, but haven’t had the delivery. I have emailed them twice and rung them today. I was told they would check with the warehouse and ring me back, but no call received. Dispute raised with Pay.
