Asda Swinton Superstore

Hands down one of the best Asda superstores in Manchester. The sheer size of the store, the dynamic range of selection available and services within this Asda are fantastic.

The store itself is very big, but is always clean. The shelves are well stacked and customer assistance is quite easy to find.

The self checkout queues are well managed and even better during off peak times. This Asda is easily the best superstore in Swinton.

Customer assistant called Roxy who is always so helpful, kind and friendly. Usually at the self service checkout. I wish all your employees were like her.

The jam donuts used to be nice now they have changed the jam recipe they sell a good variety of everything even krispy kreme.

We had an amazing experience. We went to the cafe with 5 kids. All 5 were unsure of what to have , changing minds and being naughty. The ladies on the service were so kind and patient. We absolutely loved the dinners and we are definitely coming back soon. Oh I forgot to mention that they served us all and they reminded us the ice-cream that we kept forgetting. We are amazed. Thank you for the possibilities experience 🤗

Had what I needed,clean and uncluttered. Staff always polite and helpful

On Friday (22nd Dec) myself & my mum were in Asda and we were at the tills waiting to pack when suddenly my mum collapsed and I immediately went to pick her up and she said she was fine but within a few seconds she collapsed again....I was hysterical but you're wonderful staff completely took over the situation and made sure we were BOTH ok...Some lovely customers even offered to take us to the hospital so I would like to thank them all so much. ...Most of all please I would I would like to say a big 'thank you' to everyone of your team that treated us with the upmost respect & care...You're all my heroes & thankfully my mum's doing fine ,we believe that ,she just got too hot....Told her drinking hot toddys b4 shopping isn't good for you🤣🤣....(Only joking, she was sober)...Thank you once again and think you all deserve a pay rise😘...xxxx

Lots of new stock all the time . The store is always clean with friendly and helpful staff and the onsite cafe has a good selection of foods for a quick lunch

Everything under one roof, everyday items at great prices. I pop in for some bacon and ended up doing a mini shop, staff were helpful and the service at the till was excellent. I will definitely shop at Asda more often. A Saving Day Always. My experience of this store was positive.

I went in today and my gift vouchers wouldn't read at the tills. The cashier told me yo go yo customer services and they would help me. The lady was so helpful and then she got another assistant to transfer the balances onto a new card. Well done Asda your staff are lovely, helpful and very pleasant.

I went to Asda this afternoon around 4pm, and very soon I realised I didn’t have my phone so I really thought someone had stolen my phone. 2 young security gentlemen was absolutely amazing one of them checked cameras for me and second pne offered to use his iPhone to find mine. So happily my phone was found and I can’t thank enough to these guys. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME

Good store. Well stocked with food, clothes, toys & household goods. Friendly helpful staff. There is also a restaurant which I haven't used but looks to be clean & well presented. There is the usual table & chair layout but also has some easy chairs & coffee tables.

I was helped this morning, Saturday 18.04.20 by a lovely young assistant called Leonie. Leonie is of slight build but she helped me put 3 large bags of compost (3 for £10.00!) into my shopping trolley. She then said when you're ready to go to your car, I or one of my colleagues will help you. It was Leonie who helped me to my car and I would like to say a massive thank you to her. She has a wonderfully kind, helpful nature and I feel she will go far in life with this superb attitude. Thank you once again lovely Leonie.

I love shopping at Asda Swinton. But today I saw the brilliant team go an extra mile to contact me regarding my phone i had misplaced. Thanks to another customer who found the phone and handed it in. Kirsty and team thank you for tracing me.

Absolutely lovely lad serving on the till ( Brad) so pleasent & helpful, if all customers had a Brad in their lifes everywhere would be such a happy place, thank you Asda for recruiting a lovely well mannered young man.

The staff are very helpful. Anytime I'm having problems with the self service, there always come to help without even calling them. It's like they watching you. I'm happy with that.
