Great little shop very helpful

My local shop but repeatedly is selling energy drinks to children, I’m fuming

The lady who works behind the counter here is very polite and smiley, but the man is really rude and unhelpful every time I come in here.

As we are local and have visited Premier on a regular basis sometimes twice a day. Very shocking to discover the prices on products in a matter of 2 days. Milk 4pt used to be 2 for £2.00 now 1.49 for 1, bread used to be £1.10 now 1.49. Nivea wipes £1.99 now £3.99 shocking!!!. They sell wines and beers being delivered from Asda double the price which the wines are 3 for £10, £7 odd for a bottle. I asked for a receipt the other day the items which I bought hadnt gone through the till shocking and very dissapointed.

Went to Premier in Penygroes on a Monday at 20:05 for electric as we were running low. The cashier respoded with "we dont do electric at this time as the Post office is closed". I didnt believe that i couldnt get electric as i had toppped up from the exact same shop the week prior at 21:39pm. I continued to question the cashier and his replies were very abrupt and rude!! Shame on him! I then had to travel 10 mins to the nearest Post Office in Groeslon where i got it with no hassle!!

Used to be a great shop with very friendly staff now most unfortunately new people have taken over and the service is terrible and the staff very difficult to understand,brought in cheaper products of poor quality and post office services are arduous and difficult.i wont set foot in there again and neither will many other local people.

prices of things have gone up from before and most mood is low quality bought naan bread there today and it was sellotaped shut and was mouldy!
