Buckminster Convenience store

Lovely shopkeeper warmed me up a pasty which I enjoyed along with a fine cappuccino outside in the sunshine. Very grateful to you for doing that. I was 60 miles into a 160 mile bike ride and it fueled me up just great. Very much appreciated 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We are so fortunate to have the Buckminster Store which stocks a wide variety of everyday products and necessities in support of this rural area. Newspaper deliveries locally are an added bonus - and the home made curries and samosas are delicious. The very friendly service is excellent.

A brilliant local convenience store which is always clean, well stocked and ran with a friendly service. A popular spot for passing motorists and cyclists who often stop for takeaway coffee. The home made curry is delicious, reasonably priced and a must try.

Offers everything you would expect from a village convenience store. You can park on the road right by the shop. There are a couple of picnic type benches to sit on and enjoy a snack etc.
The guy behind the counter was VERY friendly (I guess he is the owner).

Super friendly guy running this place. Motorcycle Uber friendly, him and his kids love to see bikes.
The locals around this shop, in a seemingly snooty area, probably hate the idea of bikers stopping off here. So all the more reason to make this a coffee, ice-cream or what ever stop

Very good handy shop I am so happy with it

This place is under new management in the last few weeks. They have restocked and the place is looking much better. They have plans to improve more over the next year, I really hope it works out for the new owners who seem really nice. Will visit again soon when I am in the area.
