I visited yesterday to ask for some help with skin care. I got introduced to Jasmin from Clinique. She was incredible from start to finish. I have really blemished skin and breakouts. She introduced me to an amazing skin care routine and a foundation to hide my blemishes without damaging my skin. Jasmin was so polite and helpful. I’ll be back soon! Thank you Clinique.

I came in on Sunday to buy some skincare products and asked a member of staff (Mikaela) to help me curate a basic routine for myself. She was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Very pleasant experience.

I accidentally took tester lipstick home yesterday 🙈 instead of the paid for bundle! Went back, explained, showed receipt. No agg, no hassle the older chap and lady on counter near Maybelline just allowed me to sort! 10/10 service

Very nice lady served me yesterday in the Estee Lauder island. She had pacience, she explained and showed products knowledge. I live close to the centre of St. Albans but I would rather drive more to go and be treated nice.

Excellent location/venue for a PCR Test. Sue and Annette were extremely professional and helpful during the test. Covid controls were always adhered to. My negative result came through in under 24hrs. Brilliant!

The staff are to be commended. Very helpful and polite without being pushy. This is a large two storey branch of Boots. If this branch doesn't have it then nowhere will. Nice easy parking.

Lovely service clean store helpful staff love the fact that they don't have self service is great. Just need to make sure the shelves have clear prices labelled
