Staff great but couldn't get several things that were needed.had to go to a different store

love this shop and went to buy toiletries and also sweets for Halloween night. I buy many Xmas gifts here and also decorations. I'd also like to point out on my last visit I paid for my goods and left in a car on leaving the car park I realised I'd lost my mobile phone. I panicked and was so distressed so my friend drove straight bk to shop. It was closed by now and as I jumped out of the car I ran to the door and saw a manager closing main door. I got his attention an explained what had happened and where I shopped inside. he said he'd get staff to look around the store. After ten long minutes a lady appeared and asked what make phone it was an colour and network of the phone. when I told her my friend had rang it a few times she asked who rang it last I said his name an she handed me the phone. a lady had found it outside the shop and handed it in. she left no name or details as I would of sent a bouquet of flowers to thank her. but I was so happy that there are honest people around and I'm so grateful to have my phone returned to me. so I thank the shop as well for their help in returning it to me. so ten out of ten to the staff for their great work and pleasing their customers.

Great bargains. Lovely staff. Lots of good quality items at low prices.

Not that the shops are luxurious 5 stars, but yes they are super clean, super organised and the staff are trained to give you a FIVE STAR service.

Good variety, long life on products, reasonable prices, always buy too much!

Real value for money. Shop here first for items as they're cheaper than main stream supermarkets. Good range of items and a fair selection of last minute items for the kids.

Much quieter than the average HB, much smaller too. Fewer stock items than its local namesakes, but I'd trade item range for a quieter supermarket
any day.

Literally spendibg too much money in this store but it's my favourite 😅

I would like to say this store is "different" to the others but it isn't but when you go to HB you always get fixed up. Helpful staff aswell who don't pull their face when you ask "do you have any of these in the back?" Can't go wrong with a HB. Great store

Staff were lovely quick on the tills so didnt have to wait too long, but tge shop its self was very cramped so it was good that it wasnt that busy inside

A very good shop with many items at modest prices. Indi Grand sauces one of my favourites. Their Apple Rounds are delicious and only 69P
