Bought a Garden tool from Tooled-up, unfortunately it stopped working after about ~9months. Tooled-up customer support were really responsive in dealing with the warranty claim, and processed a full refund once the issue was confirmed. I am completely happy with how the dealt with the issue and would happily buy from them again.

Purchased a Festool cordless table saw from this company and was having trouble with my card. Past the delivery deadline for next day so gave them a call and they were so helpful. Once sorted they even went above and beyond to get my product delivered the next day. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks a lot guys. 😊

Ordered Monday came the next day, they kept in contact every single time they either packaged it or got it ready for delivery and then it was delivered on time the next day!
The customer service when emailing them are very reliant, they reply promptly and any issues they sort it out quickly too. Very informative people & a good company to buy from as their offers/discounts and products are always in stock and best on offer than other trade-marking companies.

Bought 2 products already, leaf blower & hand-held vacuum, both of which good products, cheaper than Screwfix & Toolstation and the best on black Friday offers which they provide free battery with the order too!!

I bought an Einhell cordless chainsaw and battery packs. I was a bit wary as never heard of Tooled-Up before and I usually like to buy from one of the bigger brand hardware stores. But they were significantly cheaper so went for it. Regular updates on shipping, arrived within a couple of days as promised. Haven't used the chainsaw in anger yet but looks to have arrived in perfect condition, and as I say a lot better value than anywhere else.

Communications were ongoing keeping me up to date with the status of the order.
Delivery was free but also extremely quick.
Really pleased with the whole process and will definitely shop again some time when the need arises.

Ordered a few Gardena Drip irrigation bits and they arrived within 2 days of order.

Smalll complaint is that they should include a packing list against the order. This makes it easier to check all is in order. Plus slightly lower delivery charges please?

Overall my experience was without any glitches and smooth.

Recommend them based on this experience. I think the real test comes when / if you try to return something. For now I give them 5/5.

Item perfect. Pick/pack/despatch/delivery very fast.

They gave a 20 working day lead time which would have put me right off if I had been able to easily get it elsewhere. BUT it was in fact just five working days before it showed picking. I can appreciate managing expectations when there's a chance something may take four weeks.

Great company to deal with. Kept up to date with order process via email and item arrived before it was due. It was also the lowest online price for the item I required and the delivery charge was reasonable.

Tooled-Up were a very good company to deal with. It took some time to obtain the tool I wanted from the manufacturer due to supply problems but they kept me informed of progress at all times and eventually my order was delivered in advance of the expected date. Excellent service.

I ordered a B&D strimmer and a Month or so later ordered a B&D hedge trimmer. Both turned up next day with no problems.
If I had to have a moan it would be that the second delivery wasn't put where I asked but I did make the request only a few hours before it was due.

Great service. Slight delay because of the postal strike but still arrived within a week. I phoned customer services just to check, got straight through and the lady confirmed it was because of the postal strike. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in a heartbeat.
