Really helpful and friendly. They advised on a new dog food due to urinary issues with my dog. Their grain free brand they stock has worked and my dog much happier.
They also helped with my daughter's GALS (Giant African Land Snail) writing out two pages of notes on how to care for it. They weren't looking for sales and just wanted to be helpful.

Great service and help from everyone in the team there.

I shop at Pets corner regularly, I always find the staff to be friendly and always happy to advise if and when it's needed. Just like to thank Charlotte and Carl for their help with recommending an enzyme based toothpaste and a different brand of tartar control powder going forward. Louis and Sunny will have amazing gums and teeth! :)

Horsell Petscorner have such friendly, caring and informative staff. I had so many questions about nesting birds in my garden and they gave me some really useful and practical advice on how I can support them in my little garden.

Such friendly, helpful staff, and the groomers are fantastic inside too.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, like helping lug big bags of heavy dog food to the car or taking time to help me get the right harness.

The groomers are so attentive and kind to our sensitive miniature schnauzer Freddie and he always comes out looking just perfect. Thank you all!

Last Friday I urgently needed some dog biscuits for a dog I was looking after, but didn't know the type he usually ate.

After a phone call to your Horsell shop I took the dog in for a tasting session. It is admirable that you have samples of dog biscuits for the dogs to try before you commit to purchasing any bags.

I couldn't pick any member of staff out in particular as all three on duty that day were excellent. They all took the time to help an anxious dog comfortable enough to try the biscuits until we found one that he liked, and that suited him. Although I was told I could take a sample to try in his home environment I brought a bag, but I felt no pressure to do so.

I cannot praise your staff on duty that day enough, and the biscuits are still going down well, I am pleased to say.

We absolutely loved going to puppy hour every Saturday morning in Horsell! All the staff were so friendly and Bear was always spoilt and very well looked after. We’ll definitely be popping in to say hi as he gets bigger and bigger! Thank you!

Once again ‘Pets Corner’ excels as a retailer. I visited the Woking-Horsell branch of the chain yesterday (20.02.24) for the first time. Just like my visit to the Addlestone store, I walked through the door and I was welcomed courteously by a young gentleman (Samuel B) with a beaming smile and a genuine ‘good afternoon’. The store itself was so bright and well-presented; it is clear that the staff take pride in keeping the shelves neat, well-stocked and enticing to the eye. I knew what I wanted to purchase (Yora, Crunchy Bites), but I was unsure which version. I turned to find Samuel and he was coming towards me; it felt as if he knew I needed some guidance. He was extremely helpful and positive, selling the Yora product with consummate ease. He is a credit to your company and should be highly commended for his efforts and service. I will be returning to your store very soon!

We visit every other day, my dogs love it there! Friendly staff, good choice of natural food and wide range of accessories. Would recommend to any dog owner.
