Did order online very quick got text when ready to collect. Easy and had everything I needed or next day usually no problem

Nice and quick pick up in one minute after using the app to click and collect,.
When you go in the store you need to enter your order threw a machine on the right hand side of the shop and you get an orange or yellow ticket , once you take the ticket to the counter you get your purchase in input a minute or two .
Brilliant friendly staff , and very tidy store .

What can you say they sell pretty much everything and keep most of it in stock if not it can be ordered. Usually great price but they will price match if a physical store, item is in stock and store within 10 miles. Staff in this store very helpful and friendly

Really helpful young man on the desk. Answered all our questions, showing a good understanding and knowledge of the products. Can't rate this place highly enough, Wickes cancelled my click and collect because I didnt collect within 24hrs, this place holds items for 21 days, allowing me to stack collections up over 2 or 3 days, plus their efforts during lockdown have been efficient and thorough.

Currently running click and collect only with the restrictions in place, but a very smooth service when picking up. Little to no wait and staff are pleasant and clear around how to pick up your items.

Having been in to return a wrongly chosen item, Helen was very helpful and helped me get everything sorted, I've been a customer here since it opened and I'll recommend the store to anyone 👍

Most staff are great, only issue is quite often there is limited stock, but probably due to the current covid situation
