Ta's Vape Hut Selsdon

I have been past this little vape shop many times since it popped up a while ago.

I needed to invest in a vape device and as great as online shopping is, there is something about getting information from someone instantly, holding items, smelling etc that makes buying things more complete and satisfying.

I spoke to the very helpful and knowledgeable assistants Cat and Gemma, they answered all the questions I fired over to them, they let me hold the items to see how they felt in hand etc as some looked like they were going to be quite heavy etc. It made for a great shopping experience and am glad I took the time to nip in today.

Anyone looking to convert to vaping or just want some advice, just swing in and they will will gladly help.

I've been building my own coils for years and needed a more convenient device. Spoke to Jack, really helpful guy and knowledgeable, recommended a Vapresso Luxe pod device after listening to my needs, it's been a week or so, couldn't be happier.

Went into the shop to buy my relative some sets for Christmas the customer service was outstanding the shop keeper Jack was very helpful and chirpy his knowledge in vapes and giving advice was excellent very helpful guy brilliant salesman and I don't vape yet helping me in sorting a set really helped highly, I even bought a nice jewellery set which was on the counter made by his sister lovely little set of earrings and a necklace great quality products of both the vape set and jewellery. Highly highly recommend this place to shop great atmosphere and the tiki style of the shop makes you feel welcome will definitely return in the future

Popped in for some advice about a leaking smok pod I have and spoke to Luke. Very helpful! Complete gentleman was very patient to answer all my questions. I highly recommend!

One of the best vape shops around South Croydon. If they don't have what you need, they can either get it in on that day or the next day. Clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful! Always up for a chat, unlike some shops that want you to buy and leave. Cold drinks that are cheap! Also a brilliant range of juice and a huge range of devices. Something for everyone.

I highly recommend vape hut, I'll go out of my way to go there when I'm low on stock. The girls are so friendly and always up for a chat. All the staff are really knowledgeable and take into account your specific needs when recommending vapes and juices. There are a wide range of products to try and if they are ever out they will happily order things for you there and then. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

After having several issues previously with other vape shops, Vape Hut Selsdon is the most amazing and friendly place to buy my vape juice. Both of the girls helped me when my mod device was not working properly. They fixed it for me there and then and advised what I was doing wrong! D’oh. Couldn’t recommend the ladies enough for a local and friendly service. Will definitely come back in the near future. Keep it up.

The girls there are the most friendliest people I have come across in a cape shop. They know their stuff and can pick out juices you'll instantly love. The prices of their products are very reasonable.

Great little shop I had only ever been served by Jack who has great customer service going above and beyond for his customers to make sure they get what suits each individual customer and will explain wjay is thought best for you and it is not too expensive it’s affordable and always have great deals on nice place to go to if your a newbie or experienced vapehut is the place to go

Good vape shop helpful staff

Gemma & Cat are so transparent, kind, real and knowledgeable. I walked in today not knowing much about CBD e liquids or vaping them. Now after chatting with them I feel like a pro. A few puffs in with my new vaporiser Drag S and I’m feeling much less cloudy. I’ve got lots of work to do today so I’m really glad I took the plunge to give this a go because one thing brain fog makes you do is procrastinate and right now I don’t feel a hint of hesitation to work. Thanks guys!!

Wanted to try vaping CBD oil for the first time due to chronic arthritis - the guys in the store were brilliant - helpful, honest, just all round great service! I have bought a CBD pen as a starter for a good price and will see how I find it

Popped in as we couldn't get the items we needed due to lockdown. The staff were amazing (followed guidelines) did above and beyond for my wife's vape. We will definitely go back in future. Many, many thanks
