Went into the store and wasn’t sure what I was asking for, I was served by a lovely girl called gemma who helped me to understand what it was I needed. Will definitely go here again.

All staff so helpful, had this one amazing staff member Matthew who went above and beyond to help me find what I needed.

Needed some reinforced wire to hang some outdoor lighting. Not only did I receive 100% customer service, but simon and yvonne went out of their way to assist me in making sure I had everything I needed to complete the job. Everything was in stock and the price was unbeatable anywhere else. Staff like this are a credit to any establishment. Thank you simon and Yvonne for taking the time to help me out. I'll be shopping here a lot more!

Great service in this nice new store - I was served by the manager and she was great. She really knew her stuff, and was so polite even when I clearly didn't know what I was talking about haha! They also had a much bigger range in stock than competitors - and cheaper prices too. I will be coming back for sure.
