Times are incorrect: closes 1900 not 2000 tu-th, earlier other days.

poor attitude by some staff, they are" never wrong " attitude, never apologise for mistakes they make.

I dont even want to give them one star as I never got any service, plenty of staff today (04/09/24)some working some chatting, there was no queue but still got no assistance, went the day before waited to be told they were shutting early and they didn’t have my medication in so they ordered it for today so I went back to get no service, dreadful awful place,

Worst ever Pharmcy in whole of mansfield district .. never having enough medication. Then lying saying the can't get it and go to another pharmacy to get it .. to top it off its our ONLY local pharmacy... thanks to them 2 days on go I have been unable to get antiviral medication and told to Go somewhere else BARING IN MIND NOW I CANT EVEN TAKE THEM DUE TO THE MESS AROUND AS ITS TIME CONSTRAINT ... I don't have a car I have full blown flu and I cant get anywhere else .. Hate this pharmacy with a passion. Usless . If they can't do thier job they need to find someplace and someone that can. The prescription was from the hospital ( green one) yet they can't get the medication and to go to either boots or somewhere else . Plus up to 45 to 50 min wait for meds that they don't have in stock in the past. If you can avoid this pharmacy like the plague then do so.

Absolutely awful service. Takes forever to get the medication ready. No desire to help or any empathy for patients. Avoid.

In all the time I've been using this pharmacy, not once has the pharmacist arrived on time. Wish someone would give me a job where I can start anytime I feel like it and not get into trouble. Would give it minus 5 star but it won't allow me. ( If you complain to Tesco they say the pharmacy is nothing to do with them ) !!!

Pharmacist failed to arrive for shift leaving numerous dependent people without much needed medication. Reception staff hand no call out procedure to call in a proxy. Not the customer care I would expect and formal action should be taken..

They never have my repeats ready even tho it's a weekly prescription. They no me personally but still they need prompting every single week . Its like there brain dead

Customer service is non existing.
