Great shop, thought rental shops were all but extinct - glad to have them so close to me. A good selection of films and good prices, they're happy to reserve titles as well. I would highly recommend. My only gripe is the daily offers, would rather they just had a better price all the time than all the different combinations of offers each day of the week - but, just a personal preference. Again, highly recommend and cheaper than new release streaming on TV networks. 5* :-)

Well I can’t thank the PURPLE HAIRED LADY enough alway kind and accommodating always goes out of her way to help maybe Elle it was attitude towards her…as I have been a customer of prime vape for 3 years and have never heard a bad word said so maybe think how you acted first for her to not be accommodating to you!!

This shop has been part of Hedge End for as long as I can remember. Evolving from VHS rentals to DVD's. Then on to corner the market of vaping, while staying true to their roots of film's and treats.

The transition from tobacco to vape has not been easy but with the aid from Rachel and her fantastic employees I have achieved the impossible!

The loyalty scheme is fantastic as is the service and aftercare.

Your not just another customer to them, your an asset.

Prime Time is a versatile shop, and comprises video rental, vaping supplies and a sweet shop, as well as being a UPS parcel drop point. I haven't tried the video rental, but every time I have shopped there I am left impressed by people who obviously care about customer service and want to make sure you leave happy. Recently we ordered what looked like a decent box of sweets from the Web which turned out to be tiny. We should have just gone to Prime Time in the first place - when we left we felt like we had got much better value for money.

Excellent ranges of movies and games to choose from, also has a fantastic vaporiser section with lots of different equipment an amazing selection of liquids.
Also have the best pick and mix sweets and drinks selection in hedge end ranging from the usual pic n mix and sweet in a jar too the imported sweets and drinks,

Absolutely without doubt the most helpful and reliable place ever. Have been a customer here for nearly 4 years and have never had a bad experience. Staff and manager are brilliant. Keep it up guys xx

By far the best vape shop I have come across. Staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, none of the pompous attitude I have found in a few other places. The prices are very fair and the quality is really good. We live in the new forest and travel the 20 odd miles to stock up because it's always such a great experience.

Lovely shop of all sorts of treasures! The movie selection is great and thw staff very knowledgeable about the films. On the vape side, an amazing selection and again the staff are so helpful and know their stuff. Who can watch a movie without a sweetie or two?! Everything you didn't know you wanted is in this shop! What a lovely choice from fudge to camel balls! I highly recommend this shop!

I've visited this shop on two different occasions. Both times I was served by two different people. Both of them were incredibly friendly & helpful. I've never been to a vape shop before where the staff are able to give so much information. they're really passionate about what they do & just genuinely lovely chatty fun people. I live over 30 mins away but I'm more than happy to drive to get here. Great prices. Great staff. Thank you

I came in last week and was unsure what I needed to help me stop smoking, spoke to a chap called Dan who supplied me and let me know everything I needed and what to do. Can't thank him enough, so polite and helpful and will be definitely returning.

Best vape shop around, knowledgeable staff, super friendly and best of all dog friendly and got pick n mix! Had a issue with my vape and sorted me out with new vape and juice! Close by parking! In out flying visit x thank you x

Excellent service and great choice and value for money

Every time I've rented a movie there the staff have been knowledgeable, helpful and have a great sense of humour!

Additionally, the vape selection is excellent and once more, the staff are always on hand to help with any queries you have.

Had a problem with a vape that I purchased and it was resolved professionally and promptly by the owner. Absolutely recommend this place!
