Out standing all staff where so helpful and happy always makes for a nice shopping experience in my opinion. And I'm a firm believer in keeping the local shops going and this shop deserves that support bought this kettle it’s stylish and still going strong a year later ever so pleased 😀 to add bought this today and was shown lots of choices was not pressured into buying so made for a wow such service and I got to view the coronation whilst I waiting 😂 yet again amazing 🤩 service you do us proud Branford’s

Having been recommended to use Bradford’s we bought a tv there! From the outset Luke, the staff member gave advise and support in choosing the right set for us. Within two days the tv was delivered and most importantly set up … to include Netflix, bbc I player, itvx plus more! !he explained the features in a clear , calm and concise manner to us two old technophobes..a truly first rate job. many thanks🙏

Made up a coaxial cable I needed for a repair on my internet and TV setup. Fast, friendly and efficient.

I cannot praise Bradford Electrical highly enough. I needed to replace my tumble dryer urgently and this was accomplished with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency at a very fair price by Luke. Highly recommended.

A friend told me about this wonderful shop and on visiting last Saturday I can honestly say that I was not aware such service was still available nowadays. A good range of products, staff welcoming, knowledgeable and able.

So helpful. My dishwasher has packed up. Kindly recommended a person who may be able to repair. No hard sale. Will definitely use Bradfords if I de need to replace the dishwasher.

This place has everything you could possibly need, and in such a small store but it didn’t feel cluttered at all. The staff know where everything is and if they have it in stock or not.
Even during the current pandemic they have stayed open and have been supplying locals with everything they need.
I needed a gardening tools they had it.
I needed baking tins and whisks they had them.
I needed a teapot they had one.
I needed a 7inch drill bit they had it.
I needed 8 new eco friendly energy saving globe bulbs, they had them and even gave me a deal on them.

Just a brilliant place with brilliant people!

Great customer service when telephoned, local deliveries which was fantastic, good value appliances and lots of useful things in the shop. Really pays to shop local with Bradfords.

If they haven't got it, it isn't worth having. Great shop. Nothing too much trouble for the staff.
They don't breathe down your neck whilst mooching around but ready with a smile if you need help.

I believe we should all support local businesses, before they are gone forever, to the large and faceless out-of-town retail stores. Every time I go here they always have what I need and they are prepared to make the effort to go the extra mile to help. The staff smile, are friendly, helpful and also knowledgeable about the products they sell. Recently purchasing a chest freezer here was very easy. They were cheaper, for the same model I wanted, in comparison to a chain retailer in Sevenoaks and an online internet retailer. They delivered it to my home on the same day, for free. They took off their shoes without asking, installed it, checked that it worked and took away all the packaging too - something that every retailer should learn from. My experiences on this and other occasions of using Bradford Electrical Edenbridge have been very positive indeed. Thoroughly recommended.

I have used Bradfords Electrical for a number of years both personally and for my property management business. Their customer service is genuinely first class and they have always been able to provide my landlord clients with a varied choice of white goods at competitive prices whatever the budget - delivered quickly and efficiently. Keep up the brilliant work!

Bradfords is a great little shop. So helpful and very knowledgeable. Over the last 4 years I've been going using Bradfords for most of my big kitchen stuff (fridge, oven, hob etc.) And they've always been so good and price matching bigger companies (like Currys). But their delivery is better than the big companies and they do better fitting services - for example with my hob Currys told me I'd need to cut the hole in my worktop to make the new one fit because "Our team isn't trained to do that. Just deliver". Bradfords however just said: "Oh no, our team can cut it to size if it didn't fit. You don't have to do anything."
And if you can't find anything in stock, just ask! So accommodating and helpful. :)

I love this shop, it's like an Aladdin's cave of hardware, gardening supplies, kitchen utensils, Christmas decorations, gifts.... the list goes on! If you cant find what you're looking for ask, I'd be surprised if they dont have it :)

Superb selection of electrical products, friendly and knowledgeable staff, easy parking behind store. My interest was the service they offer to preserve family memories. I have used this place for years and I have found the staff there very friendly and what ever I have needed from there they have always got it or they can get it for you.
