Superb service from Trevor of Guildford Audio, who personally delivered and set up my turntable. As a used item, Trevor noticed that the turntable wasn’t quite perfect and that some of the ‘O’ rings needed replacing. A full set were ordered, free of charge and received by post a few days later! Buying from Guildford Audio is exactly how buying hifi should be done and completely different to any experience I've had in a hifi shop before. Instead you are invited into Trevor's wonderful listening room, made to feel incredibly welcome, and given the chance to listen to hifi that recreates music in a way you couldn't even imagine is possible. My only warning is that once you've heard it, suddenly the eye-watering prices all start to make sense and I can't promise you won't do something crazy!

I just bought a used amplifier and was worried i had been “sold a pup”.
Even though I hadn't purchased the amp from Guilford Audio they were more than happy to provide advice over the phone to help me diagnose the fault which proved to be just a faulty valve which put my mind at rest.
Such helpful, friendly people who go out of there way to help audio enthusiasts. If Carlsberg sold Hifi, this is what it would look like.
