I had to take in a package to return a router. Friendly and efficient service (in complete contrast to another local parcel shop I have reviewed!).

this is the best shop i live about 20 min away but every time i come in the are the best and the kindest people i have ever me i rate this shop 10 out of 10 the best vibe and they are all so kind in there and they will just light you day up

Very friendly staff who offer helpful service with a smile. Good range of products to suit most daily needs at very reasonable prices. Aisles are a little narrow, but shelves are well stocked with well known and trusted brands, which makes this store well worth a visit, particularly if you want good value for money. Highly recommended as an asset to the local community and savvy shoppers.

Helped me by accepting my parcel after a drive across Guildford trying to find a shop that would accept my parcel as the rude individual at Savers Minimart in Park Barn refused to accept it even though I had paid for the service to be at their store. Thanks for your help with that.

Friendly, helpful and local

Like several other reviews here I to share the same opinion that the man taking in parcels absolutely hates that side of his business. I went into a deserted shop (maybe he has scared everyone lese off) . When I was having difficulty locating the card details on my phone he told me to "hurry up as I am busy". It took me literally seconds but that wasn't quick enough. Aren't local retail traders struggling for customers? Is this the way we should be treated? I for one won't be visiting his store again.....

We was being normal teenage girls fickin Abt and this rude lady came jver to us with an attitude like being a bi arch and was not very nice to us but the customer is always right and we were paying customers get her FIRED

They won't sell you small item like chewing gums with a debit card. The cashier ignored me while waiting for him to be served and he carried on scanning parcels. I returned the good and left the premises.

The man in the beanies is short of patience or on fact good manners.

Rude and aggressive customer service at the postal counter

Terrible attitude towards customers. They get very annoyed to send parcels.

The rudest person I've delt with in a while, hope he isn't the owner he should be replaced with a different human.
