Product arrived on time, Argos notified me with delivery updates which is a good thing.

Extremely bad customer service! I ordered a camera and asked for a refund as I changed my mind (before I even picked it up) they told me to wait 7 days and it will come automatically I gave them 14 days until I had to call them up. They asked for my details and said they will call me the next day. I waited all day for their call and they never did, so I called them twice and no answer. I called again 2 days later for them to tell me I’ve already picked it up. I NEVER DID!!! So then they told me to call Argos and I searched for the customer service number and it only gave me this number. I called them back and they said “no no I said we’ll call you back” but that’s not even what they said, I told them about how it’s only giving me this number for customer service and they said “No don’t call us it’s not us” so rudely. This needs to change because why am I just asking for some help for a refund and they’re only causing me anger and stress
