Thanks for the great customer service, excellent quality 2 seater sofa's I ordered and the delivery guy was really nice and friendly too. Lots of contact to let us know what was going on from initially ordering. I would highly recommend.

After giving 1 star due to long delay for delivery and not been able to speak to a staff member when I finally got a staff call me back explained delay and what has happened I finally got my furniture delivered and I must say I do apologise for shouting and leaving bad reviews I need to learn to have patience the quality of my furniture is fantastic I am really satisfied I had doubts but there was no need to have worried the delivery drivers were fantastic I tipped them 20.00 to the management of lincotes I am very sorry for my ranting but I like to add use the phone to explain to to customers . the foot stool was bigger than I thought very good value and priced once again a big thank you

I can honestly say I was extremely impressed with the whole service from Simply Stylish Sofas. I had searched the web for an orange settee because the settee was for my sister who is autistic and absolutely loves the colour orange. I found one on Simply Stylish Sofas website so went into the store to have a closer look. Johnathon was very helpful without being pushy, he left me to look at two different sofas and didn't hassle me at all to buy but the one was perfect and so I ordered it. I was phoned by Steve to tell me when it was ready for delivery and when the delivery men brought it - Daniel and his colleague were very helpful, pleasant and obliging - really nice men. So a big thumbs up to Simply Stylish Sofas and a big thankyou for an efficient friendly service and an excellent sofa that my sister is very happy with.

This store certainly lives up to its name. Great looking sofas at an affordable price. Lots of compliments received regarding our black Windsor 2 & 3 seater leather sofa. Dealt with a nice chap named Steve, who was very helpful at answering my many questions. Delivery guys came and were in and out with minimal fuss. Well boxed and easy to assemble. Look forward to many happy hours of reclining ahead!

I am happy about their services. The staff was very patient and helpful even while we changed idea a couple of time. They have a large selections of stiles and prices. The quality of the sofas is good, even for the low range. The delivery staff was gentle and helpful.

Found this place by chance in Erdington, having driven past it whilst we were looking for a new sofa and after having visited most of the "big name" sofa suppliers. So we called in. Really pleasant people in the showroom. No pressure on selling, just offering help, if required. Ordered a 3 seater Belfast Electric recliner in Slate Grey. Delivered within 7 days. Unpacked, assembled, plugged in and tested by two very pleasant guys. Excellent service. Really good value and a comfortable sofa. Have sat in sofas at way over double the price of this one in other stores and they were no where near as comfortable (downside is I now keep dozing off whilst trying to watch TV!). Really glad I popped into this place by chance.

Chanced upon the shop when I was out with a friend on a Saturday afternoon, and on our journey home, and she fancied popping in for a browse.
While my sofa was definitely on it's last legs, and I was actually starting to put some money into the furniture fund, I wasn't actually in the immediate market for a new sofa. However, after sitting on a fabric Belfast recliner, I didn't want to get back up, and my friend and I stayed for quite a while!!
The assistants were friendly and "present" but not sitting on my shoulder or harrassing me to buy, and when questioned they were polite and knowledgeable. I went home and checked the furniture fund and returned later and placed the order for a 3 seater and 2 seater Belfast fabric sofa combination, at the bargain price of £599 for the pair.

Sofas arrived within a few weeks of my order, and were delivered by 2 very friendly guys who set them up and took my old ones away for a very reasonable sum.

Since then, I've been very pleased with the build quality and level of comfort. A number of friends have popped round and commented, and a number of them have reclined and dropped off to sleep. I'm assuming that this was down to the comfort and not the conversation.

Great furniture at amazing prices, well recommended.

Have found the product and service to be good value. Had a slight issue with the Sofa which was quickly resolved by Jonathan. Would buy from them again.

Discovered this company on ebay ordered pair Litchfield sofas quick delivery unpacked and set up by 2 very polite men, we love these sofas and would have paid at least twice this amount in a high street store so yes we are very happy satisfied customers, and will recommend to family and friends with confidence.

Excellent service when I ordered my sofas however sat on one of the sofas last week and nearly ended up on the floor it appears the bottom has gone through this chair is only 10 mths old and still under warranty just , I have tried several times to contact and sent 2 emails asking for someone to help , I appreciate its a horrible time we are going through but need this sorting ASAP before the warranty runs out !
