I have a 33 Yr old yamaha ride on ,sad can't get parts but helen on spares went out of her way to match some parts for me .
Thanks so much saved the mower from scrapyard .

Had a stihl leaf blower that had pull chord come loose. Ordered parts from CGM still had problems with it. Took it in for Matt and Rick to have a look they were really helpful and got it working in the end.
I’d recommend CGM to anyone that needs help, advise or repairs on garden machinery.

Husband ordered a quad without my knowledge but I had the pleasure of picking it up for him! I cannot recommend this business high enough, I was very impressed with the quad (never thought I would ever say that), but the staff made it for me, could not have been any friendlier or helpful, thank you, great experience all round!

Just purchased a Kubota Excavator. Andrew was amazing talking me through the working and made me feel very comfortable all the support was there if required. Day 4 of having the machine the track came off and within 2 hours I had a visit from Mick who repaired the track, but also pointed out the two spare buckets were incorrect for my machine. 12 HOURS LATER I received the two buckets for my machine and I am so impressed with these guys. Thank you for a good machine and fantastic back up.

I brought a second hand Countax mower, the description was accurate and when I got there to collect the team couldn't of helped more. I will definitely look to use CGM on my next mower purchase.

I went to today to get my lawnmower desk blades sharpened and chainsaw parts replaced and not only did Congleton Garden Machinery help, but they went above and beyond when it comes to excellent customer service. Both Matt and Gregg were just brilliant, super helpful, quick, gave me great advice and did extra bits which they didn't charge for. I was genuinely taken aback by how they both went above and beyond to help. It's worth the extra travel to come here, can't recommend them any higher. An honest and efficient business aided with excellent customer service!

We live in the Channel Islands, so for any UK-based company to deal with us, it's extra hassle for them, and believe me, most choose not to.

That most definitely was not the case with Mowers Plus. I called them, and was greeted by an amazing lady called Laura. My purchase wasn't massive - just a few hundred pounds, but Laura went out of her way to get me pricing for the shipping and kept me informed about stock levels up to the point of purchase.

After I had paid, Laura kept me informed about the shipping details and was an absolute star.

I would have no hesitation recommending Mowers Plus and will definitely use them again for my next purchase.

I have recently bought my first Polaris Ranger from CGM and the customer service has been fantastic. Andy was really helpful and extremely knowledgeable on all Polaris Ranger options, which was extremely helpful in assisting me in selecting right model. Delivery of machines can also be arranged which was great. They were on time and provided further safety demonstrations upon arrival, ensuring my wife and I knew exactly what to do.
Wouldn’t fault the customer service and thanks Andy for all your help I am loving my Ranger.

Wonderful experience.
I chose the kart I liked asked about postage and pricing.
This was easy and the responses on message was quick, helpful and polite.

The kart I wanted was still in stock however it was an ex-display, Andy kindly pointed out that delivering that one may end up damaged and gave me some further options, while remaining in the budget of the first kart.

I could not have dreamed of more customer service.
The kart is wonderful and my little boy loves it.

This has also meant during theses times he has a want to leave the house and get outside, this has never been a problem until lately, he has started to say no let's stay in.

Not anymore if anyone wants to ask me anything I will be in the park😂😂😂 until age 9 I think he out grows this one.

Some 20 years ago I purchased a John Deere mulching lawnmower from CGS. Every 3/5 years I have had it serviced by them and every time it has come back feeling brand spanking new. The one occasion I took it elsewhere (closer) this was not the case. They even find and rectify little bits thought too trivial to mention. I know I should really have it serviced every year, but reason that as I bought a semi professional machine for reasonably light domestic duty I can get away with it.
The trick is to have the work done during January or February if you can, as they are not unexpectedly busy once the grass starts growing.

My wife and I were helped greatly by knowledgeable and courteous staff.
We were helped by Matt in the parts department who reserved our items and explained how these would work in practice!
We were further helped by another’s Matt who used FaceTime to further help us replace a belt on our sit on mower.

Went into CGM with a hedge cutter that was playing up. Despite not being an existing customer, nothing was too much trouble, guy on the Service reception suggested the problem could just be a duff spark plug and offered to fit a new one, which he did and cured the issue instantly.

Other dealers I've been to would have just booked it into their workshop, along with downtime and no doubt a labour charge for "diagnosing" and rectifying a simple fault.

I shall no doubt go back for all future service or new equipment and will recommend. Excellent!

Excellent service, even though I wasn't a customer, I called up for some advice and these guys were more that happy to help. My ride on mower deck wouldn't raise or lower, with a conversation with an engineer he suggested that my ride on might need to be reset. He quickly sent me the instructions on how to do the reset. This morning I followed the step by step instructions and our ride on is now fully operational.

Highly recommend Congleton Garden Machinery. We booked an appointment to understand the best mower for our type of lawn and Andrew walked us through the pros and cons of several options. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and the best price. The turn steer mower arrived less than 2 weeks later.
