Sarah and Tracey were absolutely brimming with customer service today. They are both a huge credit to your Bilston store. Not only did they go over and above, to find stock out back, after I was desperate for one specific item for my daughter! They also came and found us at the tills to offer a 3rd colour choice. I ended up buying one of each colour. Fantastic ladies. Thank you, you made my day xxx

Always find what I'm looking for.

A colleague of mine brought me a teddy bear water bottle from HB- it was so cute and the next day I thought I have to get some more.
I went to HB Bilston and couldn’t find any. Two members of staff, Tracey and Sarah, went above and beyond to help me find an item - they went to the back of the shop stockroom and found the teddy bear water bottles for me! Thank you so much.
Every member of staff in HB Bilston seem so friendly and nice - always a great shopping experience.

Very good, big range of stock compared to other Home Bargain stores.

Great service. Brought a mirror broke half way down the road. Went back and lovely manager arranged a replacement. More staff on checkout though was only one for at least 9-13 people

Wonderful friendly staff, good range of products and the cheapest branded cat food for my feral babies. The smiles dazzle, the layout is well spaced and the staff are always on hand to help.

I found more of what I wanted at a different location but maybe because it was bit smaller, but I must say they have all covid safety in place, helpful and friendly staff and shelves well stocked so giving 5 stars because they deserve it for the hard work the staff are clearly doing daily.

As always you can get most things in store at a good price and quality staff are very friendly 👌

Went to 3 larger stores for a particular diet drink but didn't have any,I thought no chance a smaller one will have them but thankfully they did so I bought 3 just incase i can't get them again.

Always good service..went into Bilston branch today..while at the checkout I forgot a product and was asked by Amy if she could get the product for me ..she obliging got the product while I carried on being served ..thank you Amy..

Always get favourite crisps from here that I can't get anywhere else local.

Sells everything at fantastic prices,seasonal isle is always full of lovely garden items in spring,a vast array of christmas gifts and decorations in the run up to christmas and provides everything for easter,halloween and other events in between!

This one is very good-compared to others Home Bargains and very ,very tidy,very organised shelfs, well done

Who doesn't love a home bargain trip - wasn't even planning on going in there but still spent a small fortune! 🤦‍♀ Always have something you need or don't need!!

Good shop for homewares and food ,its not a one stop shop but once you get used to using it alongside your normal supermarket shop youll be surprised how much money you can save.Staff are kind and helpfull
